Placed an order online for pick up at 8:20pm and got the confirmation. They decided to tape a piece of paper to the door and not update their online ordering system saying they were closing at 8pm. When I called in one of the most USELESS people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with lied and said an order never came through even though I was sitting there staring at the confirmation and confirmed the correct address with him on the phone. Then I asked who I needed to contact to get my money back and his only response was him mumbling I don’t know corporate I guess. Only there is direct corporate line and everything is actually processed online. Real gems you have working here ?
This establishment is literally disgusting. The workers are rude and their food isn’t even made fresh. I found a long dark hair in my sub and they don’t change their gloves. The only respectable employee they had was fired because of his skin color and was racially profiled. Never coming here again!!
Stainless steel is shiny, the drink machine is clean and the employees are on it. Third time this week I ate at this location. Just devoured this spinach wrap.
