Worst subway. Apparently the manager is rude to everyone from reading other reviews. I placed an online order for my mom to bring me as I’m recovering from Covid, their website said they were open and let me place the order at 9:30. My mom goes to pick it up and they’re closed till 10, she comes back at 10 and the manager/ owner she’s claiming canceled my order without us being notified at all. Immediately the manager starts yelling at my mom without even saying anything for me placing the order like I was supposed to know they weren’t open when the subway website said they were open and I got a confirmation email that they were and had received my order. Karen needs to find a different job if this one makes her so miserable.

The manager Heather was very rude today. Not only did she speak with disrespect but she told my brother that someone will be at his home later and that she had his plates. All because he informed her of how rude she was being to him. You don’t threaten a customer especially when a customer is NOT THREATENING YOU. Then heather called the police lies to them saying my brother had a gun. Police come no gun found of course when asked Heather says she felt like he had a gun. She never seen a weapon but she call the police and tell a big lie that could have caused officers to come to the scene with their guns out. This is highly unacceptable, uncalled for and unprofessional. When Heather was asked who the managers where over her she refused to give out that information. I will be reaching out the the District and Regional Managers.

Great sub and the 2 ladies working there were very friendly and polite

Subways advertisement states that seafood sensation was brought back on November 30th. Went to the Subway store and they had never heard of it

The food seems to be fresh and good service

Love the sweet onion teriyaki chicken. Hate that they don't have the oak bread anymore but it was good on wheat bread. Drive thru was good

My wife originally called to get a refund of our food.. and the manager was completely rude…She began to become argumentative with my wife and all we wanted was the money back for the disgusting food. My wife asked again about the refund and the manager hung up on us. We tried calling back and they would not answer the phone. We drove to the store to see what was going on… only for the manager to still be rude and used a racial slur towards my wife… I will never Spend my money at this Subway ever again.

The workers are very rude n disrespectful and I tried to call corporate bcs I’ve had so many ride workers and there is no answer. There very disrespectful and all need to find new jobs. One time I asked for a tuna melt and it looked thrown in the bag. When I called the location the supervisor got smart with me. Horrible workers at this specific location. The sad part is I love ? subway

New Employee Customer service was great from Dee. She told me today’s special and was patient with my order. Will come back!
