It would be good to prioritise in store patrons over the drive through which they should probably close at this location. 20 minutes to get an iced tea.
Drive thru wait times are long but not too bad considering how many cars are there at a time, I always have a positive experience with the employees at this store which I appreciate! Tried ordering ahead of time two times on the mobile app but it's never ready by the time I arrive..
Not much expensive than it looks and how it's populated, there's a wait because there are SO MANY people but other than that good place big variety of options 100% recommended.
I highly suggest ordering ahead of time to pick up IN-STORE. 3 stars solely because the drive-thru is utterly atrocious, and often wraps around twice! I've seen some crazy things like people honking and yelling in the line, and a car backing up across 3 lanes into the road.I recently discovered that you get completely blinded at sunset when pulling in from the N main st entrance (next to take 5 oil change).They do offer uber eats delivery and you can order ahead to place a timed order.
i ordered a green matcha latte, and the drink i received wasnt mixed properly, did not fill it all the way up. disappointed.
I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks this morning . I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready in 10mins . I got there after 15 mins . When I went to pick up my order inside my food was ready but not my drink . I didn’t think it was such as big deal to after 25 mins waiting and the same people when I got there was waiting as well .I politely and I do mean politely ask the barista did he know when our drinks would be up ? I noticed he was more focused on the orders people were picking up in the bags . That’s when he caught a really unprofessional attitude with me and said it would be about 30 mins . Then he asked how long I’ve been waiting ? I told him 25 mins and he said loudly in front of a lot customers that I can wait 5 more minutes. I’m a Starbucks person and have NEVER seen and been treated like this in any of the establishments.I wasn’t rude to him at all . I was just asking and im down staff at my job and I understand however this is not how we treat or talk to anyone. I stepped back after that and another customer asked if I was okay . I appreciated that since he embarrassed me . Once I received my drink I asked the other barista kindly could he warm up my croissant because it was cold and he said sure . I appreciated his kindness. He just gave me a whole new one and the young lady that brought it to me apologized for the wait . I told her thank you and walked out .I’ve always looked at Starbucks as a happy place but now I know just for the kind service I’ll drive to the Palladium or Wendover when I live less than a mile from this one .
If I could give this location a million stars, I would. The baristas & baristos that work here are an absolute delight. They are always cheery & kind even on the busiest of days. They are fast & professional.
This is just a bad location for any business. The drive thru is always packed and it takes forever to get thru the line, which is always out to the road and then some. Good job security but horrible for someone who has a teen that just HAS to have starbucks cuz it's the cool thing to do and orders a really simple drink that we end up waiting 15-20 for. Not my cup of tea. Service for me has always been on point, though. Friendly staff.

The cashiers are always so pleasant , as far as the service especially the drive thru the wait times are increasing the more I come it seems to get even slower so be prepared to wait at certain times of the day sucks, However as I stated the staff are a joy
