I am a delivery driver and I usually drive at night. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and friendly all the staff is here. It's unfortunate that many places are understaffed at the present time. Because of this some staff feel overwhelmed and frustrated and it comes out in their behavior towards others. I'm happy to say that the staff here are wonderful. They seem supportive of each other and their manager is a prime example of this. keep up the good work and the smiles towards your customers. It is much appreciated and very much needed in the world at this time. Thank you for making my night..
To start with the roads around there need upgrading. Not being familure with the area. I accidentally turned the wrong way down a one way street because of improper and warn signage! Ordering the person did not have a very polite personality! I was hoping to order a coney all the way but it looked like I could either get a chilly cheese coney or all American? It seemed like an effort to find out what was on an all American? It came out without napkins or a fork! Other Sonics usually have a little paper tray and even a sonic peppermint! They must have been out of foot long buns and used two smaller buns instead? The taste of the food was good but I was hoping to get it all the way! The outside parking was clean. Parking size rather tight for full size vehicles! The person that delivered the food was polite! I hope this info is taken constructively as intended!
Have to use drive thru. Out of several items. Order large blast, 3 inches from top more like medium. No whip cream on top, out of that also. Will go to different Sonic now on.
How about customer service? Ordered ahead on the app, 2 route 44 drinks, and got there at the right time. Put my stall number in the app. Said "in the kitchen" for 10 minutes. I pressed the red button to see what was taking so long. A rude person says "we're not taking orders from the stalls. You'll have to go to the drive-thru window. " So I wait in that line, get to the window and they give me smaller drinks because they're out of lids for route 44s. Wasn't asked about a refund or change in price but I was asked if I wanted the route 44 cups so I could pour my large drink into them later. What is good about this? I know not to come back ever again.
We ate lunch at Sonic had the best onion rings ever! For the first time in a long time I ordered a shake!! Oh it was good strawberry, yum, last time I had a shake we ordered a large shake it was hot we wanted ice cream, we ordered large shakes at Sonic...it was huge! It was creamy thick and great! The people were quick and very nice! We sat outside in our car ordered from the drive in even the screen/menu was clean and shiny! Highly recommend this Sonic try it you'll like it!!!
Ordering the food alone took longer than it should have. I wanted a large combo an a small onion ring and whoever took my order kept getting the sizes of my sides confused. Attitude at the window when I wanted to confirm my order when it didn’t seem like that person was being attentive. Joking and laughing coming from the kitchen through the window while waiting. Didn’t check the drink dispenser and proceeded to give me a large Dr. pepper that was just soda water with no flavor. (Fast forward through 15 minutes of waiting for a #7) Got home and my fries from my large combo were small, 3 onion rings for my “small” and the cherry on top, no napkins. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this location for people who like the food.
I'm really disappointed. I'm a 31 year old Pregnant woman, So I was excited about Going. Well my mood completely changed when I went to order and the employees were so rude and Disrespectful. Sonic is My Favorite fast food restaurant and I'm just Shocked that this service is being a load to go on. Check your employees! Side Note: The Food Was still AMAZING!
They were out of a few products listed (Sprites & corndogs) the fries are the absolute worst ever in the world! However, the service was good. The employees take their job seriously. They were fast and friendly!
I'm so sick of going to sonic and the fries are always cold and nasty. Its called fresh fries after 7 minutes you throw away. As much as things cost now a days people could at least let the food be good and not cold and nasty!!!! Nov.8th.
Unfortunately, they were out of a lot the night we went, and were literally waiting on the truck to arrive. The manager walked out to talk to us personally, offered to (and did, once confirmed with us) refund our entire check, and then brought (again, the manager himself ) us each orders of the featured broccoli cheese tots and drinks, for the trouble. Even though I want able to get any of my desired order, I left very impressed and satisfied, considering.
