They mess up your take out orders and when you call them for it to be corrected, the manger (Ginger) is rude!!!
Just got this nasty food usually I don’t put a review but tonight I will told the lady on phone I wanted my food to be made at a certain time get the food not only is it cold but called the lady back she said the owner wantedMe to save the fish to bring it back for a refund because they where closed mind you they close at 9:00 pm I called at 8:58 save your money and go somewhere else there nasty and customer service is horrible
Beware if you don't want to be ripped off avoid this restaurant it's one thing to pay almost twenty dollars for a ten dollar plate at best.
over priced for what you get, I got a combination white fish and popcorn shrimp plate and got 3 pieces of fish the size of a deck of cards and tasted like old grease and got more hush puppies than shrimp....very disappointed ☹️
Ask for salt and pepper on my fish and didn't get it and fish is not good if its not season. And potato was half cooked
I called in a pick up order and even called back to make sure they added the condiments I wanted for my two steak orders and I essentially only got a few drops per container of sauce. For an almost seventy dollar order I expected better customer service. Make sure to check your bags.
Very friendly and quick staff. Almost too quick ?. Great shrimp and hush puppies, green beans needed some salt and the fish was a little over fried but still good enough to give them a second shot.
The food and service was wonderful. The people who clears off table, etc. Should be paid more than others because they don't get tips. However, we did tip them. They work very hard as well.
A 99.5 inspection rating!!! What more can I say. A lot. Price incredible. Food incredible. Service incredible. And location incredible.There are many restaurants that can learn a lot.THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!!!!!
