Excellent food and wonderful service! Our waitress was awesome; was attentive and very pleasant! The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to put out fans on the patio. It was a very warm night, and I know we chose to sit outside for a more quiet experience, but it would've been sooo much more comfortable to have a cool breeze.I'm sure more people would love the patio experience on a summer afternoon / evening if there were fans.Other than that issue, great place to eat some great food!
We tried Sammy G's over the weekend and we're very impressed! The food was delicious and the service spectacular! The fried chicken brest was very juicy and tender. The cream corn was so very good. I could have made a meal off that alone! If it doesn't come with your meal make it an added side. We will be back again!
Dined here for the 1st time yesterday. Their onions rings are excellent. You could make a meal out of them. My husband says their flounder sandwich was the best he has had! We look forward to returning.
Oh my! Absolutely fabulous food! Nice atmosphere & pretty interior design. Grace was amazing, she took such good care of us. We will certainly go back.
A group of us went to Sammy G's on Sat. We had a wait , due to it being mother's day weekend, and other events going on. Nevertheless the wait was well worth it. We had not been there before, everyone was well pleased with our food. Very tasty. There were 1or 2 small issues with some food, it was addressed in a timely manner, and all went well. We will dine there again soon. Atmosphere great, roomy, a little chilly, otherwise a great place to dine.I would also like to thank Kenzie for being great server and hostess. We really appreciated her helpfulness, smiling face, she knew, and did her job well. We will ask for again.Thank you. B. Harrison
Definitely have enjoyed my two meals at this location and plan to come back.
My wife and I visited for dinner on a quiet Thursday evening. We loved the mood and the décor of the restaurant. We were greeted very warmly. We began our meal with the Bavarian pretzel on a hook, went to the side salads, and then our entrées. The hot pretzel was humongous. Nicely buttered and plenty of salt. The side salads were very basic. The Greek vinaigrette dressing was very good. My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki which came with rice and veggies and I ordered the Sirloin steak with the rice pilaf. My wife loved her chicken. Very tasty. Nice generous portion that consisted of 2 boneless breasts. My sirloin was cooked to perfection but very small. The rice pilaf also was very small. I would venture to say 1/4 of rice. Luckily, I was able to share some of my wife's meal. My meal originally had the mashed potatoes but they corrected the issue. In addition, the waitress poured tap water into our club sodas. Totally forgot it was club sodas. No room for dessert. Let's remember, there is a pandemic. Our waitress was very friendly, warm and tried hard. She communicated at every chance. The prices were very reasonable. There was plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot. Help yourself to some cheesecake since there is a place next door. If we lived closer, we would be back.
Food and service is always great, but the comfort of the staff seems to be more important than the patrons. I must wear a jacket to dine here.
Really liked the place. Will be back.
