They did an amazing job and everything was fantastic. Above and beyond my expectations. The cake and cupcakes were absolutely to die for. The staff were some of the hardest workers I have seen. The bartender was my favorite and kept a drink in my freshly married hand all night! We got a lot of compliments on how nice everything was. I would highly recommend them for your next event.

Great experience with both Beth, the owner, and Mary her assistant. They helped to plan all decor, table, food, and cake options. An amazing one stop shop with food that EVERY single guest commented was absolutely delicious (which is not common for wedding meals). The catering staff was delightful, professional, and on top of things. From setting up and decorating, executing apps and dinner, and serving the cake Beth and team were flawless. She was able to perfectly make and decorate our wedding cake just as I imagined it. They are truly the only option for your wedding day!

I am so glad we chose Rosa Mae's for catering our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Castle McCulloch! The food was just as amazing as when we did our tasting and it was a huge relief that they also provided the table linens, decor, china table settings, glasses, and drinks. The staff were all very kind and professional. The carving station we had at both events was a nice added touch to the castle! The only things that could have been better were the punch fountain broke and the punch was just placed in a large bowl (I am not sure most people knew what it was), the cake was not placed on a cake stand as discussed during the final consultation, and the cake was cut on the table by the owner instead of being taken into the kitchen and then served by the staff. Overall, Rosa Mae's was easy to work with and the food was delicious!
Wedding date: 10/5/2019... Thank you to the awesome Rosa Mae's team! My day would not have been the same without you. They did a wonderful job throughout the event. They took extra special care of my mom who has been having a rough time lately and it really made her night which of course fills my heart even more. Everyone is still talking about the ceremony site decor, the reception decor, the food, the cake, the service. I cannot say enough about these wonderful, great, awesome people, especially Beth Davis, who always goes out her way to make the dream a reality. I think she has a touch of fairy godmother in her Thank you will never be enough
Rosa Mae Catering did an amazing job at my sister’s wedding. They were organized and so helpful throughout the whole night. Beth was great to ease my mind about things and make it so I could actually enjoy the wedding. The crab cakes were fantastic! And my favorite will always be the mashed potato bar! Everyone raved about the food and I was very impressed with her staff when we had to flip the space between ceremony and reception! I highly recommend Rosa Mae Catering!!

Rosa Mae is a pushy sales person. Followed us all over Bridal show telling us who we should use. Her food was luke warm and mac n cheese over cooked. If you go to her show room you will be there for hours she tries to sell you everything. Then once you leave you will still hear from her. Castle McCulloch will give you a list of caters if you chose them, try all of them before you say yes to Rosa Mae.
