Roshan does a horrible job. His attitude is horrible and he does not have any people skills. I don’t see how he is a manager, it’s honestly ridiculous. If he don’t know how to run a store, he needs to take a step down. I talked with him on the phone, because I was calling in a order. And he told me that “ I need to figure out what to order”. And then proceeded to say that he doesn’t have time for me or my order. The. After that he proceeded to hang up on me, while I was still ordering. This is not a good look for business. I will never eat at this location again. This is not the first time either. I need to speak with the OWNER, not the little manager with the ponytail that has the bad attitude. He was also yelling at the younger female waitresses. Shame on this business. Todays date is 06/12/2022

Being from Brooklyn finding a good Italian restaurant has been a challenge, and then there's Rome. I drive 15 minutes to and from Rome for great pizza and meals. I bought a pizza delivery bag from Amazon to keep it warm when I decide to get takeout. Independent restaurants taste better and are healthier than the chain pizza shops and all the processed ingredients. And the service is very personalized and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right and will make it right if it isn't. I've tried a lot of places in the High Point area and keep coming back here. I'm so glad I found it...
Had an amazing experience here. Food was GREAT, the service was spectacular, honestly couldn’t have gone to a better place for dinner. Have been going to this place for over 10 years and it has truly change for the better. Love it!

Rome is my FAV place to get authentic homemade pizza & the BEST cheesesteak! I’m a picky eater, and have tried other places around here, but Rome is by far the best. The food is ALWAYS hot & I’m always surprised at how fast the food is delivered! They get it right every time & I’ll continue to be a repeat customer ❤️
Cheese pizza, steak stromboli and cheesesteak sub was delicious! Cheesesteak was full of flavor!!! the bread of stromboli was out of this world! Then to top it off..they have the BEST sweet tea...and their service was phenomenal!
Love the steak and cheese Stromboli. My wife is constantly asking me if we can eat out here at least once a week.
first time visiting here while out shopping decided to stop for dinner. we thought we would try their pizza. The one downfall we did not like was the choice of sizes and for just the two of us it was a little too much. We had their supreme type pizza and it was good but wish some of the meat on there had been cut a little smaller. It is on the small side for dining in and service was pretty good.
I always order online and they deliver. The food is always made just how we requested it. The hot subs are delicious! Our family favorite is just a big Ole pepperoni pizza. The tomato sauce and cheese are sooooooo yummy! Food is always hot and correct!
