Pizza was great, and the workers are kind. Overall gear experience.
I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in many years and now I know why. I thought I would give it another try to get a pizza that was worse than any frozen pizza I’ve ever bought at the grocery store. It was dry and over cooked with little to no toppings. There was such little cheese I didn’t think there was any actually on it. How is this place still in business? Never in my lifetime will I spend my hard earned money for another. Wouldn’t recommend neither
Employee was friendly and pizza was hot and fresh. My family enjoyed the pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks.
My order came with more than half the items missing. The app allowed me to order items that were not on the menu at the store anymore, then when the store called to ask me if I wanted to substitute I found out items that were NOT on the app available to order (breadsticks) were actually available. Then the substituted items were not included in my order nor were many of the other items that were on the original order. Very disappointed. The manager was trying to be helpful and only offered to refund the materials that were not sent. No other thought or consideration for the complete inconvenience and the acknowledgment of the mistake. I understand it was busy and a Friday night but...totally unacceptable. And it was a long time for the order to arrive.
These people were more than an hour late and when I asked about it he stated in here now. I will never eat at pizza hut again. I was a loyalty customer but they can take these points and bake them
Do not accept online orders when your site is closed. I placed a $150.00 order for hardworking medical staff that was charged to my account but never delivered. The charge disappeared overnight but the fact that your online system allowed me to place an order to a closed location is unacceptable.
My second pizza was order with a Thin and crispy crust and was delivered with a hand tossed crust. My wife prefers less bread. We were starving so we did not send it back.
My order was ready on time and hot when I ate it. The customer service was impeccable.
They were out of large, so they substituted two mediums instead. It was very generous of them.
you need to not automatically have contactless delivery on your website. let people choose. my pizza was left on porch for ants to get in it, and I did even know i has choose contactless delivery
