Ordered a pizza from here because I expected a Papa John’s delivery person to deliver it to me. Instead they sent some GrubHub person who didn’t even knock on my door just left it on the front porch I had no idea was there. They also didn’t bring the other half of my order. When I checked my ring doorbell video the woman they delivered it picked it up out of the front floorboard of her dirty car that was packed with randomness! I went down and got a refund and a whole bunch of attitude. The grub hub person was standing in the back of the store where they prepared the food. We loved papa johns before but I will never order from this location

Placed order online. Left 20% tip. Three hours go by and delivery never came. I called and the employee didn’t even apologize, only said “it’s been crazy over here. I’ll have to get a manager and we’ll just give you a refund”.
July 24th #881023835 Ordered online asked for extra sauce they sent out a dry bubbled up pizza dropped it off on my front porch for the ants to March one by one and invade my fixed order without ringing the doorbell, knocking or anything… so I threw the pizza with extra ants into the trash. Called Papa John’s to talk with the manager for a second time and told her my situation “at this point I would like a refund” she said she would refund me in full and it’s now July 29th and still nothing. So I had to call the 1800 number to address my concerns all to find out she never processed my claim. Wow..
Just got delivered 2 pizzas in which both of them have huge bubbles. How does someone have the audacity to take those pizzas out of the oven, cut them then close the box and give them to a customer. Will never visit again. Pure laziness is all that was.
Not a fan of Papa John's ..but I was hungry.Prefer Domino's or Pizza Hut
We like Papa John's, BUT this location is terrible! We have ordered here many times because we evidently don't care about quality... Be warned, if you order here your pizzas will either be under cooked, have only 5-6 pieces of your toppings with barely any cheese, or both.
