Always accurate and on time. I've never had one pizza late from there. 5 stars should speak volumes for a chain pizzeria! Awesome staff!
Tried to order a pizza for carry out or delivery at 1020 pm to deliver to hotel and after receiving the info and my name they told me they could not deliver or do carry out even though they accept orders till 1030 pm and carry out till 1140 pm. They should be ashamed of themselves and be shut down.

Out of the last 4 times I've ordered from here the order was correct 1 time. And the pizza was warm 2 times. Just this last time I ordered the garlic sauce was busted open and completely covered the pizza. And the few times my order was correct when I go to pick up a slice the toppings and cheese slides off, so then I'm eating just sauce and crust. I don't recommend this place.
Who could have guessed? It's been a while since I ordered from Papa Johns since Pizza Hut makes much better pizza for less money, but they were unable to take my order last night due to a no-show delivery person, so I called Papa Johns and ordered a large, two topper for delivery. $21 plus a tip. Around 40 minutes later I got a 'COLD' slab of cheese on top of what tasted like a week-old, over-baked, paper-thin crust, with a very few of pieces of pepperoni and a sprinkle of sausage. It was disgraceful and disgusting. It was also the last pizza I will EVER buy from Papa Johns. Most people try to improve over time. Pizza Hut certainly has. Papa Johns apparently, would rather skimp at your expense. I do mean, skimp and I do mean, expense! So long, Pop. We're done!
It was good, though I req extra cheese on my papadia and I don't think I got it. But the food was good.

I sat on hold for 30 minutes after they said they would take my order and then tell me the store is closed and that their phones aren’t working
They stated they don't deliver on Mondays. I asked do they advertise that they said no. Smh
