Food bag was stapled from restaurant so this complaint is on them, not the delivery service. If you ask for a house salad as a side to a $50 order you'd expect to not recieve what looked like a leftover salad or the bottom of the container for lettuce. Yes it was late but this was unexceptable and turned me away from the whole order

was the best dining experience I've had in a long time steaks were cooked to perfection salads were fresh and crisp service was excellent I would give them five stars

Just left Outback Steakhouse High Point, NC and I must say it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Thankfully we had gift cards to pay for our food with. The restaurant wasn't even half full and still waited for atleast 20 minutes for our salads. When we finally saw our server and asked about the wait his reply was "they should be out soon, our salad guy is real slow". Salads finally arrived and I had ordered mine without onions but it came with onions. I had waited so long to get the salad so I didn't complain. Our server saw me picking the onions off and never offered to take it back to have it fixed correctly. Instead the comment was "our salad guy doesn't read the tickets good" and walked off. For the most part our food was good; my husband's steak was overcooked and his potato undercooked. The only time we saw our server through the entire meal was as he walked by our table. He never pre-bussed our table so all our bread plates and salad bowls remained stacked on the end of the table. We were never offered refills on our drinks and had to ask another server who delivered our food for the extra condiments we needed, which she relayed to our server and he delivered them. I waited tables for 10 years and on my worst day never provided service like we had tonight. This will definitely be our last visit to this location.

I had dinner there the other night and I just have to brag on my waitress. Her name was Lisa and she was wonderful!! She took care of our orders quickly and made sure everything was just right! She went above and beyond with her service and I felt she should be recognized!

We eat here often! Lisa usually waits on us and is absolutely amazing. Last night we ate there and I have to say she was on point. As crowded as they were due to Valentine's Day, she was super friendly and made sure we kept our drinks full, and didn't need anything. Of all of the Outbacks around this is by far my favorite!

We ate dinner at Outback tonight because my husband was given a gift card by a friend. We had never been before, and I'm glad that it was covered by a gift card for the most part. I'll start with the positive, which was that our server was very attentive, polite, and our drinks stayed filled. However, the service really didn't stand up to the poor experience we had with the quality of food. The appetizer wasn't bad, but realistically, it's very hard to mess up fries that are covered in cheese and bacon. My husband's sirloin had the strangest texture that I've ever encountered in a steak (it was somehow chewy but not all at the same time), wasn't really seasoned, and left an odd, slightly charred taste in the mouth. My chicken was decent, but nothing special, and definitely not worth the price for a piece of fried chicken breast. The creamed spinach was the pretty terrible - it basically tasted like creamy grass clippings. My mashed potatoes were basically just potatoes, no seasoning, no butter, no liquid to speak of, and had a sort of film over them that require some stirring to get rid of. The only really decent part of the actual meal was the mac and cheese, but it was very, very peppery. Almost overwhelmingly so. Service was great, but it seems like the kitchen may have some major issues. It's a definite no for us moving forward, especially with so many other great options in the area.

Absolutely ? fantastic. Got the lobster tail for the first time. Enjoyed everything. Food, service, restaurant in all. You need to ask for Terrence. He is great and on point. He knows customer service and takes care of all your needs.

Tonight we visited this Outback. As we were walking through the parking lot there were a group of people complaining about their steaks that they had ordered. 1person said they had sent the steak back at least 4 times another said twice! They were busy and we sat at the bar. There was a couple who had sent their steak back (a rib eye.) They brought another 1 and she couldn’t eat that either. On the other side a family of 3 came in they ordered steak - the mothers steak was sent back!We decided to order a well done steak to make sure! The steak came out the way we ordered it! The baked potato was cold and was not edible. We didn’t complain as we figured they had more than their quota for the night!Everyone was working hard but there’s something wrong in the kitchen that they need to fix. I’m sure Covid is playing a big part in the problem.

Been to this location numerous times. Good food, fair prices, friendly ppl. However this time they sat me and my date in a small cube in the bar. Not really the atmosphere I wanted when you are trying to get to know someone. Would be nice of the staff to offer a few choices.

The food was cold. Our waitress was terrible. I went to the men's bathroom, there was a homeless man in there bathing himself in the sink. My wife went to the female bathroom and there was feces on the toilet rims and bathroom was nasty she took pictures and posted on Facebook overall it was terrible. I did pay the bill and left the $2 tip. I will not go back. I have a $25 gift card to outback if anybody wants it I'll sell it for $5.
