This was a bit crowded, and it can be hard to hear people due to this. The price has also gotten a lot higher over the years. To me the prices don't match the value. $20 for some basic ravioli with reheated frozen sauce, and mozzarella sprinkled on top is just too much. The staff is friendly and attentive, and food is served up quickly
This place is always crowded and always busy. Recently we have been ordering online and doing take out due to how busy they are. To me that is the best option. Parking is tight but there are spaces up front to park in for take out and they come out pretty fast once you let them know that you are there. To this point they have not gotten my order wrong or forgotten anything so that has been great.
We went last Sunday evening and we had like a 15 minute wait. Our waiter got our drink order as soon as we sat down. Which was great. He was very prompt with the salad and our dinner order. He even came by a few times to see if we wanted more salad and asked if we the food was good. He just never gave us refills through the entire meal. I asked for a tea and water to go when he brought the check. Only issue was refilling our drinks which was not a big deal at all. We will definitely be going back asap!
I haven't eaten Olive Garden in years, and of 6 never disappoint. The three of us got a to-go orde; it included all our meals,e salad, and garlic bread for about 55 bucks. The food was hot and fresh from this locatio, and we definitely were not let down. I love the size of the salads for the individual serving; they're huge. If you decide to get this location to try, you won't be disappointed. I also decided to tip the guy that brings the food to the car he was very surprised and very grateful so throw the people a couple bucks that bring the order to your car I mean they're working hard.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Made reservations for my cousins 16th birthday at 6pm and arrived early at 530. We didn’t get sat down to our table until 7pm. Our food didn’t arrive to the table until 830. Food was cold. Manager seemed to have no remorse. I get yes there is lack of help. There is still no excuse for having someone wait for 3 hours to eat. I could understand if we didn’t already have a reservation weeks in advance. If you are looking for somewhere to get food and not have to wait hours I would look else where.
The service was amazing, the food was okay. It all looked good and wasn’t nasty at all. It was just under seasoned and I understand why a lot of food chains do this. I just personally feel Italian Food should be flavorful
Resturant # 4415,Ms Alley (Alexandra C) was totally awesome!! We sat waiting for our waitress or waiter while she noticed us took the time out to say hello even though it wasn’t her station and the restaurant was busy. I then mentioned to her that she was the only one that greeted us for the first 15 mins we were sitting at our table! From that point forward she made the evening smoother got our food out came to us and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of. This hard working college woman definitely needs some kind of recognition for a job well Done! Good luck in your future endeavors Ms Alley thank you for an excellent experience and for an awesome night!!
I am sorry to say that your quality for ToGo is distinctly different than what you serve at restaurant. Minestrone soup at restaurant is more veggies. At home it’s just full of pasta pieces. Had same experience multiple times. Disappointed
I used their curbside pickup for visit and it was full, as well as the remainder of the parking lot. Curbside service was right on time. Our meal was delicious, as usual, but my chicken parmigiana was just a bit dry, with the chicken over cooked on the bottom and the spaghetti needed more sauce. I will go back again though. And again, and again.
My first experience at Olive garden was so great! All the staff was very nice. Our waitress Jessie was so sweet and did a wonderful job! I would love to come back soon!
