Around 10:30,pm my mother, who is 75 years old, wanted a fresh fish sandwich. Not a hard task, so we thought. The incompetence and the rudeness of the staff and supervisor was absolutely ridiculous. We asked for a fresh fish, and did not receive it, even after the supervisor said it was fresh. When my mother asked them to make one fresh the supervisor rolled her eyes and slammed the window door. It is sad that no one at this McDonald's could respect the request of a 75 year old woman. Instead they bullied her and made her feel fearful..The attitude of the employees, from the girl who rudely took our order, all the way to the girl who brought out our food, was uncalled for, (all because a fish sandwich)I understand it is hard to find employees at this time, but if your employees run your customers away, no one has a job. (just a thought).
I love McDonald’s fries! But my bag was half full! I was on the highway and couldn’t turn back!?Shame on you!! I still gave you four stars….Because you are usually on point!!
The first McDonald’s to ever make me pay for an ice water with my purchase. And on top of it, it’s completely undrinkable. It literally taste like there’s chemicals in it, like chlorine. After taking a sip I felt so nauseous and sick. What’s even going on here?
Ordered on the app for my gf to pick up before she went to work, they told her they could not find the order, then made her park. The food should have been 100% ready. Unacceptable.
You have a 50-50 chance of picking the drive-thur lane they are actually taking orders from. Be prepared to have 4-5 cars jump in front of you before your order is taken. This is why I'm going to keep going to Chick-fil-A for breakfast. They at least know how to operate two drive-thurs.
Sweet tea has funny taste today fries have zero salt and big Mac was very sloppily put together and thrown into the box hopefully management does something about it
Came through the drive thru tonight. Wait was long. Got to first window to pay, employee is sitting down so you could barely see them, and mumbled the order to me and then said "that your order?!?!", proceed to the second window, am asked to go to the third window to wait for my food and someone will bring it to me. Before pulling off to the third window to wait, I asked "could you please make sure there is extra sauce in the bag when brought out to me?" before I could even finish my sentence, the girl said "yeah" with a real rude tone. Get my food finally at the third window, no straws in the bag, no extra sauce and the fries were cold. Lol. I work in restaurant service. I honestly don't know how these people have jobs, I understand companies are short staffed, but employees with bad attitudes shouldn't work in customer service. Do better McDonald's.
How can your employee not tell the difference between Diet Coke and Dr Pepper? Not once but twice. It's not that hard to get an order correct. Stop hiring incompetent people!
The fries aren't fresh until you tell them. Well guess what they will do, put the fries back in the oil to heat them. McDonald's unhealthy choices are horrible.
Stopped by for a quick bite and was glad to see it was open for dine in. It was clean inside and I enjoyed the fact that they allowed dine in, thank you!
