By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been too!!! I have given them numerous attempts and nothing changes!! Order is always wrong ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles instead got a half of a cup of dehydrated onions on both sides of my bun! The guarded ponder with cheese must have been from hours ago! Don’t bother with this Mc Donald’s go down the road to the one on NMain! No more chances !! wi
This location was one of the best run and clean McD's we've ever visited. Antonio appeared to be the manager by the White shirt and he was absolutely great. All McD's franchises need to clone this gentleman. Watching him work with the others in a respectable way. And it was easy to see the people enjoyed doing a great job for him.Great job Antonio! I hope you continue influencing others and working to be a great leader you already seem to be at this location.
They could have cared less that I placed an app order specifically to get the limited time szechuan sauce (only available on app orders for 4 days) just to get to the window to be told "we didn't get that sauce". 1st world problem? Yes. But I drove 4 miles to the next McDonald's & had no problem. This location (old plank rd) doesn't have very friendly staff.
What a treat for us!!! McDonald's was really close to our hotel!!! Drive thru was perfect for our needs tonight-needed rest and a snack!!! The filet o fish and big mac was yummy!!! Thanks for getting the order just right!!!
Very hit and miss location. They love to pull drive thru customers up to try and hide high service times and it can be quite frustrating to be pulled up for 2 McDoubles, waiting for 5 minutes and then getting the wrong order because they have pulled 3 or 4 other cars as well and have mixed up orders. I usually avoid this location.
We got 4 orders of fries and not one of them was full. The fries didn't even come up to the lower lip of the fry container. We paid for large fries and didn't even get the amount of fries in a small fry order. My son and daughter-in-law said this is normal practice at this McDonald's. I won't be back or if I do, I will check my order and have them to make it right before I leave.
Beware of Melissa who is one of the managers there! She is rude to her employees and customers. Fire Melissa you can do better!
I have had the WORST experience ever, and I don't think McDonald's no longer deserves my business. I called back into McDonald's #35714. The Manager (Antonio) was rude, short & unhelpful. Photos to follow. 12-05-21, 7:33pm EST
French fries were soggy and tasted old, and we stopped at 11:22am. Big mac was skimpy and the bun tasted old.
My only complaint is how frequently the app code doesn't work in the drive thru; however I can't fault the team at this store as they usually make one item ordered a free item to compensate me. Food was as ordered and service was fast!
