Wouldn’t reccommend this place to anyone. There are other McD’s in the area that aren’t as awful as this one. Drive thru has failed to hand me the correct bag more than once in the same interaction, even the manager himself handed me the wrong order with MY receipt stuck to the bag, with 0 customer service to own up to the issue.If this is how they treat people, imagine how they treat your food.
Today the African American lady with dreadlocks was so rude and disrespectful. Made a gesture at our car as we were driving away from drive-thru. My 13yr old daughter saw her and told my husband. We backed up and asked her about it. Her response "I don't buck at kids" How did she know it was a kid who told on her. Very unprofessional, violent attitude
If I could give it a negative 5 i would. The worst service I have had in any restaurant. Fast food or anything else. Should of just moved on when we drove up and there were employees standing out back with one who was crying. Placing the order and paying for it wasn't a problem at all. When it came too receiving the food that was already paid for!? It took over a half an hour. I don't know why it takes 8 people to take care of just the drive thru lane but when customers are standing inside who already paid for their orders just get ignored unless the customers interrupt. I only asked 3 times in a half hour. Each time it was chicken nuggets weren't finished yet. Yeah because every person that ordered them in the drive thru were taken care of by walking them out to peoples cars. Why not just put them in the bag? FAST FOOD!! Worst service ever!! Not because of the pandemic. They had plenty of help. They were walking into each other. No organization and laziness!!!
All I eat is the fries the pies and I drink the sweet tea. The tea is amazing and so are the pies the food I really don't eat anymore.
Manager (black lady short cut colored red) yells at employees, yes my order was wrong but she yelled at the white young girl saying " pay attention to the way you take orders im not playing with you" like she was her kid. She just gave me the bag out the window and said nothing. I said thank you twice and then she said you welcome.just rude and i got home and the order was still wrong sad my Sunday was half fill i have pictures. Sad district office needs to come here and get a new staff manager.

I paid for breakfast through the app. I went to get my food and was told we no longer serve breakfast!!! Not only that, I sat in the pick up parking site for almost 15 minutes!! I work close by so I thought it was convenient but nope. AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!! Nope on a rope.....NOT OK. Some of the staff are really sweet tho. I will say that. But some of them are down right HORRIBLE! Like its an inconvenience that im there. Not. Ok. At. All.
I work near by so I go here often. I’ve gotten a raw quarter pounder before, they’re super slow; you can be the only one in the drive thur and they’ll still have you park and wait. Last week I got a McGriddle only to find it had the top bun missing, drive all the way back and they give me a burnt one. This morning it took 25 minutes for me to get 1 item a sausage egg and cheese muffin. This McDonald’s needs new management. I believe there is one lady who might be a manager that calls people sweetheart, she’s nice.
Actually pretty good. My kids eat micky D's alot and I normally never do and I was pleasantly surprised.
