Had to pull forward to wait for food but it was descent food made somewhat fresh.
Not sure if they read the tickets...Tickets on box stated quarter pounder with cheese Mac sauce only...guess what I got. Burger & Bun... Sad part was I had to pull over and wait for it ?
WORST MCDONALDS EVER. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU AREN’T PREPARED TO WAIT AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AT THE LEAST!!!!!! This is my 2nd time in almost a two week span experiencing the EXACT same issue. I only came back here bc the manager reached out via phone, offered coupons lol and I come back and it’s the exact same thing. I’m currently typing this as I wait in the drive thru. It’s 2:30 AM on May 1st and I’ve been sitting here for almost two hours. The staff has no respect for anyones time. They will allow the line in drive thru to accumulate towards the end of the road, they do not move with any sense of urgency. I understand being understaffed but this is not it. Managers do not care. Upper management needs to rectify this situation and fire the entire night crew. The only way this will be fixed is if the CEO of McDonalds himself does something about it. That’s how bad this McDonalds is.Edit: Even the manager informed me that she had to be here two days after having surgery, because upper management KNOWS it’s bad like this but doesn’t care. So I empathize with the staff but this is completely ridiculous. Shame on management for leaving their staff like this during the night shift.
Worst place in the world. Nobody cares about anything. Wait an hour for someone’s doordash and they still don’t have it. This place sucks. Don’t waste your time!
Fries were cold and not salted. Did not give us one of the fries we ordered. The big Mac was barely warm and extremely greasy. Worst McDonald's experience ever!

$0.40 for extra Mayo is really ridiculous. The new Chicken Sandwich isn't even in the same league as KFC's and Bojangles.

Very dissatisfied with the staff. My order was incomplete and was unable to get any help. And being disabled needing something to eat and they playing didn't help. Plus didn't give me a receipt with my order. Treated me with no respect at the drive through when I got a ride to go back at 2:34am in the morning. It was bad enough my stove went out. This isn't the first time that this has happened.
