My 2 daughters wanted something to eat at this McDonald's so I told them to send me their orders. When I got up to the cashier I asked her to give me receipts and I'm glad that I did. I was given my mango smoothie and my sprite. They told me to pull up to number one and wait for them to bring me my daughters food. I know I sat there like15 minutes or more waiting. The 1st time the lady came to bring me my food I ONLY had ONE order and and was missing 1 cheeseburger out that order. On my second order she did not have. So I asked her where was my other order and the other cheeseburger from my first order. She acted like she did not know what I was talking about and what was going on so I explained to her and gave her both of my receipts and gave her the 1st order back to put one cheeseburger in there that was missing. When she came back she had my orders and I asked her if she could change the mango smoothie because it was real watery because I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes and the sun was shining on it too.When the lady came back she had another co-worker with her and she said that my manager said that the smoothie seemed to be OK But I told her smoothies are not supposed to be this watery and I've been sitting out here for 15 minutes. She said well I will see what my manager says...so they brought me another smoothie out so I went home and gave my daughters their food and my daughter came to me and saidthat she was still missing that 1 cheeseburger which I could have kicked myself in the butt for because I should have looked before I left. Then she came and told me that the food didn't taste right. it tasted nasty. Then they charged 50 cents to put maynaisse on your sandwich and then they surcharge. This is ridiculous and HIGHWAY ROBBERY
Besides TERRBLE service with employees who could care less, this is the type of food you can expect every single day. Burnt, old, overcooked, disgusting food. I come back once in awhilw, hoping for new management, or at least to get some semi decent food. But, no. It's this. Every. Single. Time.Good job manager! You've been at this locations for year, and your product has only gotten worse. It starts from the top.Edit: After a phone call, the manager explained she had just taken over and was in process of re-training. She took care of the issue, and for that reason I adjusted the review from 1 to 3.
First off they got the order wrong!! Had to go through the line twice, then my large cup of tea had a whole in the cup and got all over my son and my interior to top it all off I find a hair in my big Mac what a sorry excuse of work ethic from this McDonald's
My experience here was terrible. The employees are very unprofessional and rude. It's a very chaotic atmosphere, it takes forever to get your food, get your order taken and even be acknowledged that you're standing there.
There is a Gas station also located outside, with a convenient store on the inside. Nice and clean diner and store, restrooms are also very clean. Food is not bad wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but definitely worth going to.
My second worst experience bought 2 happy meals got charged 15 and some cents when I get to the window they give wrong order I give it back and ask for the happy meals and why I got charged 15 dollar the girl respondes you got the happy meals you can leve I was no 2 kids meals and paid 15 they call another 2 ladies they keep asking the same thing all the y do is close the window and waited got no change Back or nothing they just keep staring at us and I just left
Incompetent service. Ordered no pickles and no onions, they put the slip on the box for no pickles and no onions, and yet, there still was pickles and onions on the burger. The fries were cold. The only thing that was fine with the meal was the drink. The cashier did not want to give receipt and seemed incredulous that the receipt was asked for.
I ordered a lg tea & a medium fry hot. I usually irder my fries hot or no salt so they'll be hot. Today not so much. Not only were the fries not hot they were nasty. I ended up throwing them away.
Terrible do your self a favor and drive to another location ordered a fresh fry manager ask me to pull forward for the fire no problem I wait about 5 minutes they bring out the fries and their old come back thru the drive thru explain to the manager the manager tells the employee to get me a fresh fry and the employee is like why does he get a fresh fry blah blah terrible place stay away
I have been going through for the past 2 weeks getting the French vanilla iced coffee. There is no consistency in how this is mixed at this location. Some days it's too sweet, some days not sweet enough and today it is just plain bitter. I ended up throwing it away with less than a third of it drank. Today I also sat in the outer drive through as 3 cars placed their order at the inner drive through. I finally had to yell "HELLO" to get someone to take my order when all the cars were gone from the inner drive through. I am new to working in this area and will definitely find elsewhere to go close to my work I never had this problem with the McDonald's I used to visit daily in Lexington.
