Awesome Cashier service, my food was perfect and hot like I requested; the fries were hot and delicious. The Cashier was attentive to what I requested which resulted in getting exactly what was ordered and a happy customer. I will definitely go there again when in the area.
Whoever run this store needs to hire all new staff immediately!! GM/DM just send one of your family members up there, you'll see it's a mess (evening/night crew).
It opens at 6 am but regularly during the week and weekend there is no one there at 6:45am. I wonder if the owners know whats going on. There is a biscuitville literally 50 yards to the left of them. They now have my morning business. Very poorly run mcdonalds.
McDonalds on N.Main is one of the best McDonald's in High Point. The new management and crew they have on day shift is Great!!! Every time I'll go there, they smile and greet me properly asking me how I'm doing. I order a medium frappe every time and it always comes out perfect! Thank y'all so much.
Stop by to grab a quick meal and I chose the fish sandwich which in my opinion needs a bit of improvement. The sandwich appeared to be literally just thrown together. And what's sad I didn't even get a whole slice of cheese! Only a slither of a piece. Ice coffee was ok.?
Went through the drive thru had to wait awhile for a double cheeseburger & fry. They had me pull up to the 1st window waited there even longer. For the girl to bring me the wrong thing. A cheeseburger with no pickle instead of with extra pickle. And the way it was fixed was by adding a cup of pickles to the bag. In the drive thru how is one suppose to drive & fix that problem??
Will try to get over on people who they think dont know any better make sure you get a receipt inside or thru drive thru!order crispy chicken charge 7 dollars and gives you a 1 mcchicken!
AWFUL AWFUL. Took them forever to come to the drive-thru speaker and I could hear a lot of laughing and cutting up then finally took my order. My food was completely wrong when I got home. Bun was hard like it had been sitting there for a long time, meat was undercooked and cold My husband's double quarter pounder was a single and my burger had ketchup on it that I asked to leave off! 15$ an hour for that! This was the 10 pm shift

Would give 0 stars if I could. Attitude problems, they are slow, and rude. Do NOT recommend this location. Drive to a different one they have no sense of urgency or organization . I have worked at McDonald’s before it is not that hard and it is not busy either
