Fantastic pizza and service! We have eaten here many times because it is a hit with every family member, but the last time I picked up food with 2 toddlers in tow (I am a grandma) the WONDERFUL employee ran it out to the car for me, even though they don’t offer curbside. I called to request curbside and was told they no longer offer that service, but when I mentioned I had the toddlers with me, she insisted on bringing it out to me! She went above and beyond what was expected of her and you don’t see that much these days! Love this place!!
I order from Mario’s constantly.. usually using door dash. Today they only brought the pizza.. I called the driver who was no help at all and also called Mario’s. I didn’t catch the woman’s name.. but it’s may 30th and it was at around 8pm and she was incredible. She literally called door dash herself and had another driver get sent out. I really want to find out who this woman was so I can personally give her something for just going truly above and beyond. It wasn’t their fault, yet she solved the issue. I have always loved Mario’s for their food and service… but this sealed the deal on being a forever customer.
Love coming here...whether a visit is a week apart or 2 months apart food tastes great! People are super friendly and it's always SO clean! Daily lunch specials are nice for a budget!
The big guy who stands at the counter making pizzas is rude as all get out. He barely speaks English and when you ask him a question he just mumbles something that doesn't even closely resemble English and walks away. Someone should remind him he works in the food SERVICE industry in whatever language he speaks.
Very, very high quality food due to top notch ingredients and expert preparation. And though this is a self service restaurant, there is thoughtful and friendly service to ensure you get what you order hot, fresh, and right . These folks know what they are doing in every aspect. This is the only place I will get pizza from now on.
I want to thank you for the staff for being so honest. I was panicking because I could not find my wallet today and I remembered I had dined with my kids yesterday at Mario’s Pizza. I called today and sure enough they were holding on to it in a vault. I tried to give them some money to compensate them but they refused to take my money. I am so thankful and I will definitely keep coming back and recommending every body. Their food is delicious and they really are great people! Thank you! ❤️

We have been there twice the 1st time we enjoyed ourselves the service was greatThe black waitress was acting like we were bothering her by placing our order order so we asked to be served by somebody elseIt's like they say if you have a problem leave it at the door at the door don't take it out on your customers

I do not know what happened with this location, but my family and I were so disappointed with our meal. Our pizza was DRY, no sauce on the pizza... I mean our pizza was white! The greek salad is our favorite, but this time it had 2 pieces of cucumbers, 4 slices of grape tomatoes and 100 olives. I wanted to take our food back so bad, but didn't want my family to wait for dinner.
