I really like the taste of Marcos pizza…Been a fan for at least 10 years. This particular location has been going through some struggles lately with staffing levels and delivery. Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered a large pizza. They delivered on time but when I opened the box…??? I will say that the staff apologized and I received a refund. Apparently they had run out of large boxes and put my pizza in an extra large box and the delivery driver must have done a couple of wheelies on the way ??♀️
Always got pizza at thomasville but this time I came to this location in high point. This was disgusting ?Watching two guys prepare pizza and scratching hair and face. Still getting every ingredient and making the pizza without washing their hands first.
I ordered pizza for my family from here because my fiance likes the pepperoni. The website says delivery will take 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I get a phone call from a girl who sounded young (I thought the driver was lost) saying they don't have a delivery driver and we can pick it up. This is incredibly frustrating because I would have ordered from a place that did deliver since we were busy trying to get ready for the week. I asked why I had not been informed before now. The girl said "because we just now saw it was delivery". It had been almost an hour at this point so not wanting to wait longer for another company to come, we go grab it.When we arrive there was no one at the front and then we hear a hello by a woman in pajamas who was on her phone on the back line. We stood there for a minute, my fiance being ready to eat and go to bed just grabbed our pizza. The woman decided that was the time to come over. The entire staff (except the guy making the pizzas) was rude and unprofessional. The pizza was cold because they didn't know it was delivery (come on guys you have 1 job and its pizza) and the experience was just bad. This is the second time I ordered delivery and they didn't deliver. We only order pizza when we don't want to leave the house so I'll not be going to Marcos again in the future thanks.Also the pizza was overcooked and sliced badly.
The food always taste good. That said the wait times are completely inaccurate and usually take 3 to 4 times as long. On top of that they let you order delivery, wait 50 minutes and then refund your money and tell you carryout only. I used to love marcos but this was definitely a bad experience.
They accidentally gave us meatballs? Or beef instead of Italian Sausage but they were busy so it was a minor issue & we ate it anyway. They are usually 100% accurate when we've ordered from them.
Has to be one of the worst Marcos locations which is a shame because Marcos pizza is fantastic. This place almost never has delivery drivers. Employees couldn't care less and food is obviously prepared lazily and without care. Pizza wasn't sliced correctly, wings weren't tossed in sauce, instead literally 2 lines of sauce were squirted on them. Avoid this location.
Has to be one of the worst Marcos I have ever ate at. A bunch of kids work here and they are super rude and have no clue what cx service is. I called to place a to go order and they kept hanging up on me. So I go in and ask who keeps hanging up the phone on customers and it's crickets. I ordered anyway because the one guy tried to remedy the situation but the order was still wrong.. Go to Elizabeth's or even lil ceaser before here!!
I ordered the Philly Cheese pizza for a 6 pm delivery. By almost 7 called and explained with daylight savings on line orders were off. Not sure what I got but definitely not a Philly Cheese, looked like a meat lover. Asked to have it cut in squares and it wasn’t. Didn’t get my dipping sauce for the overcooked chicken wings. Manager did the delivery. After saying all of this when I called to express my displeasure with order the Manager comped me my entire order. That is why I still gave them a 4 star as they stood by their mistakes

Ordered from Marcos on N. Main street in High Point. First time ordering from them. The staff was friendly and they delivered in a timely manner. The pizza was not to my liking. The crust was very thick. I ordered the specialty pizza. The mushrooms,onions and peppers were undercooked. Almost raw. Was not satisfied at all....
