When I called they said something I didn't hear and put the phone down. I thought I was on hold until they hung up 15 minutes later. I call back and they said my order would take twenty minutes after 45 I had to go near the kitchen and ask how much longer it would be. They said it was ready. I checked the bag and half of it was wrong and couple things missing. I asked for my money back and they refunded me with an attitude keeping their tip. I've always gone there but not anymore.

Yes I just recently Visited La Hacienda I love the one in Greensboro but I decided to try the one in High Point called and asked for a CP border instead of Them explaining there is a little different they started giving up charges so I called to verify was what they saying were true the owner/manager hung up on me because I just asked him a question So after that disrespectfulness he hung up on me yes me being who I am I drove up there and wanted to know why would someone hang up on me now we finally get an understanding he placed my order I’ve never seen a ACP border like that in my life I had a corner of rice maybe two or three pieces of chicken/shrimp and steak I was going to call and get my money back I don’t want it they can keep it they will never get my services again
Beans tasted burnt, also can tell that beans was not real beans they was off brand beans from the can! I got acp but all acp comes with chicken and onions on top of rice and covered in cheese and this acp comes with chicken and cheese on the side of your rice very disappointed but also should have known especially since I cook homemade Mexican food that I would never be satisfied with a Tex-mex Mexican restaurant
They do not like black people , was told they were going to call the police on me when I tried to return the flavorless food. I left it outside at 10:30 after closing right after Orlando the manager RETURNED MY CALL & told me to come instead of the next morning.
Overcharged me for my order that I placed based off the menu price then told me oh the prices have gone up when I questioned it. Would have been fine but the front desk girl was extremely rude when I asked and told me well thats fine you haven't purchased it yet so you can just leave it. Added edit for response. The menu I used with prices were not third party it was their website with their menu prices.
Love the food, great service. Busy place though, be prepared for a wait on the weekends.
I order food from the wrong place and asked for a refund because I will not be able to come to high point because I’m from Greensboro and the manager told me “that’s not his problem “ and won’t refund me my money.
Was falsely accused of walking out of the restaurant without pay in reference to a previous visit, but have never ate there before. We only had Apple Pay with no knowledge of the restaurant not accepting it , and was willing to cash app any employee the money for our food and was continued to be accused and they were not willing to work with us. Me and my fiancée had to go to a waitress named Miriam and ask if we could cash app them and she was delightful to help , even though we were told that no one in the restaurant had cash app.I felt stereotyped and unwelcome will definitely be my last visit there.
My favorite for Mexican Food in High Point ...they also have they also have a wide variety of adult beverages not to mention friendly and fast service
