I got my choice of any donut on National Doughnut Day. Everyone was very nice also.

We had to tell them our oder 3 times and the lady just kept saying I'm sorry can you repeat that . And on the 4th time telling her what donuts we wanted a lady came out and stood at our car blankly staring at the menu board like we were reading off made up stuff. After the first 4 donuts we ordered the lady again said can you repeat that so we got frustrated and just said whatever just give us a mix of these 2 donuts . It was only 1 dozen donuts we were asking for nothing crazy.

Very disappointed. I drive 45minutes to get doughnuts here and my doughnuts were hard as a rock and dry like they had sat out for a week. It was too far for me to travel back and they would have been closed. This is so unlike this company to sell doughnuts like this. I am originally from High Point and we never had doughnut like this. For 14.00 a dozen you should always have fresh doughnuts. I guess we'll have to do a poke test for doughnuts now.

I can't eat here allot because of my lifestyle change but it was my birthday. I enjoyed my glazed donuts for couple days as I celebrated my birthday a couple days :) Of course, they were delicious as always. It's my favorite sweet snack. I wish I could eat them several times a day, every single day, but my lifestyle change(wife watching my every move) won't allow me to eat them!!

I purchase donuts and coffee, the donuts were really good and fresh and the coffee was not the worst and not the best. But I enjoyed them both. Prices weren't too bad either

This KK use to have some of the rudest I started driving further to the other location. They don't seem to care but when I gave them another chance the ladies were EAGER, Spontaneous & into helping the customers. I will continue to return here upon great service from the two ladies - I wish I had got their name.

Best commercially produced donuts around, but very expensive. Last I heard they are not making them onsite and they’re trucked in from elsewhere for the last few years. If you want them hot now, expect them to be microwaved. Take them cold and heat them as necessary, otherwise expect them to not be good the 2nd time around.

I know they have a fresh-baked sign usually at another location of noticed - but the purchase tasted as if I'd bought them in a grocery store box that had set out on the shelf too long; [email protected] Burlington location are fresher..sorry.

They had people doing work while having a hiring meeting in the front lobby.the doughnut don't be hot off the baler and the original glaze with the white cream they changed on how they make them just is in a ⭕ shape and little cream on one side of the doughnut.if I wanted cold doughnuts I could just go to local food lion and buy them.

Late for church.. That night was cold me and hubby need a hot cup of coffee ☕️ and the hot light was on. You know what that mean. GLAZED DONUTS ? ?
