Fun atmosphere but bad customer service, when you order your food, and you see your waitress and the other waitress eating at a table that everyone can see! It's a problem, I know you gotta eat but to be there for 20 minutes eating on the clock. And to top it all off she came back 40 minutes later and our food was cold like man i will never go back to this place if that's how they run there business.
Good atmosphere, bartenders very attentive and friendly. The pizza was really good but I need to go back and try their wings.
The food was ok. The wings were really small and I feel like for what you actually got it was on the pricey side. The drinks were delicious, but again really pricey. Overall, it was just mediocre.
Spent several hours with friends and new friends. Ended up with a 9 top. I was waiting to sort out the bill. Even with different servers, all was correct. Food was great as well as the service
Phenomenal food and really chill atmosphere with televisions. We had a great experience. Diamond was a great server. Came from Indiana to visit friends in NC.
Food was great. Service was great. We asked for extra tartar sauce and we're not told that there was an additional charge. It wasn't a lot however it would have been nice to let us know , considering they only gave us one small container.
I will say the staff we very friendly. The service was prompt. I ordered food and it was prepared on time. My only issue is the grilled wings were undercooked and I could not taste or see the sauce/flavoring I requested. I called the manager to resolve the issue the next day and she wasn't efficient in handling the matter. I won't be quick to rerun to this location, and if I ever visit a kickback my wings will definitely be fried next time and I'll probably eat in...
This Penny Road location needs to be removed from all delivery websites immediately until they are able to efficiently train staff. There’s been countless times where I’m missing food, or food was undercooked and it’s clear some of the workers take their job as a joke. I called today due to them checking items off the receipt that clearly aren’t in the bag, this time they just through it inside with no regard. Its also evident that better to-go containers/bags are needed. It’s very disrespectful when I’m spending money with a company.

Service was ok at best. Food was good as usual. Called last call at least an hour before they closed with a MAJOR sporting event on and still about 50% full. Pretty unhappy about that. We'll see if they get my business again.
