Employees were super nice. The chicken was disgusting.. It was greasy and just not good. KFC has really changed over the years. They are just not as good as they once were
I had a Sprite here before and it tasted like carbonated water. They didn't properly change out their syrup bags so thats why it was like that. Other than that, the food is okay.
I do doordash and I got there quickly so I was expecting a bit of a wait. It took them over 40 minutes to get the food ready. A person came in after me and got her food before me. Luckily the customer was understanding. This is infuriating because I don’t have time to sit around and wait for them to make the food because time is money. Also 40 minutes is a long time for a small amount of food. I was not given any updates except that it was coming.
I don’t like complaining but that was the worst tasting chicken I ever had. Old flour and grease tasting.
Came in here after working a 11hr day . Im a rgm at another resturant . Would give this place one star . Waited like 10 min at the speaker box . Finally got our order taken cashir had a attitude and was sighing in the mic. Short taking the order. Order almost 56.00 worth of food was rude at the window rude handing the food out didnt even get the biscuts for the family bucket i ordered chicken was nasty and oil was burnt . Macaroni was dried up an not fresh . Didnt even bother calling back up there or getting my food wont be coming back i get it times are tough and we work hard and run short but behavior is perception treat your customers how you would want to be treated and serve them the food you would expect yourself . The attitudes need to be handled by management you all lost more than one customer tonight
People have always been friendly they always expect me on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is when I go up there the food's always been good and fresh and the people have always been friendly
I don't like their food. In the past I have gotten chicken from them and it was pink in the middle and the sides are cold too. It's a matter of preference but I don't recommend you go to here to eat.
Don't go here you wait forever for your food then the people order after you get their food before you do rude worker these hood eats needs to get it together what they don't understand no customers they don't get a pay check
Chicken pot pie is delicious & very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and keep drive thru moving at a good pace.
They are under new management and right now it's a little messy not in a bad way. Good place to sit down and eat.
