Do not go here if you are looking for "traditional" bbq & slaw. They serve the strangest kind of bbq & the red slaw. Maybe I'm just biased because I grew up Southeastern NC bbq but this ain't it. Oh and they will peddle their own bbq "sauce" to you, was fine & it actually has a good flavor, but I only wanted one bottle but was charged for 2 & they're a little pricey for how small they are.

I ordered a container of BBQ and a burger to go. The burger was ok, not use to the kind of meat but the BBQ was extremely dry and no taste. I did however order is with no sauce. Honestly I can’t figure out why this place gets so high good marks??
The BBQ was really good n.c. BBQ. And the cherry cobbler was to die for yum!! The place was so clean !!!
Good BBQ and hush puppies. Great red slaw.Service good. The sauce is somewhere between Lexington and eastern NC Q. Didn't do either justice.Best cobbler I've had in a long time. Peach, cherry and blackberry. The crust is amazing served warm with ice cream. Delicious.Will return for a good looking cheeseburger and the cobbler.
Kepley's has mastered product and process. They offer classic NC BBQ in a simple and cozy locale and service with a smile. I'm a small-time musician with day jobs and a family. While performing nearby on a chilly night I dropped by during a break for some food. It was past 8:00 pm and having worked all day and then playing for an hour or so, you can imagine I was a little hungry with only a few minutes on my hands to grab a bite. Kepley's delivered in every respect. Thx y'all.
