DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!Would like to say I could review the food but we didn't make it that far.When we walked in there were 3 other small groups of people waiting. One got seated, then just a few min later one group left, and then just a few min later ther other group left because nobody else came to sit them.So, we sat down while waiting. We waited a bit and then I decided to look for somewhere else to eat. I said "if we don't get seated by the time I find somewhere else then we're leaving". Well, we decided to go to Waffle House instead. Went to the one on the other end but so far it's so much better!!!!It's really sad! They are hiring but there's clearly enough people working there during the moment we went with hardly no business that there's no excuse! Most the employees are just walking around, sitting around, outside smoking, etc.Your customers come 1st!!! ALWAYS!!!

Normally love this place..even when busy it's not too long a wait. Came today...very busy...fine...got seated 1230...30 minutes after we arrived ....sat at the table for an hour. Waitress never refilled our drinks...asked if we needed anything and my cherry on top was when the table seated 15 minutes after us was given thier food. Honestly not sure if I will ever return to this location.

I was seated at 12:02 and at 12:23 still no one had even came to see if I even wanted a drink and no they were not busy. three waitresses walked by us numerous times they even cleared a booth and a table beside us and still no service. They came and waited on the other table below us and the one in the corner yet still no service. .. The worse customer service I have ever seen. I know they saw us we were in the middle there’s no way they didn’t. And again they weren’t that busy…

The food was good. It took a long time just to be seated even though there was no one else waiting. The food took forever and we didn’t get what we ordered. We were charged more than the menu price for several items. The waitress was a disgruntled employee which made the experience awkward.

Went inside and waiting for 5 minutes while the cooks stared at me and nobody said anything to use. After 5 minutes the cook said you can place a order but can’t dine in. This is while several subjects are seated actively eating. I know it’s night time and the employees are not top notch but still it’s basic. If it says open 24/7 it should be open 24/7.

Very disappointed with the food quality. My eggs were to be over medium and they were cooked so hard they were rubbery. My smoked sausage was burnt, my pancakes were crispy. My daughter and son-in-laws food wasn't any better. They ran out of sweet tea. We over heard other tables complaining also.The best thing we experienced was the little waitress that was exhausted. She was very polite and apologetic. It's not her fault the food sucked.Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Had to stand at the front for over five minutes just for someone to come and seat us. Waitresses bickering at each other in front of customers. Took our drink order and 15 min later we got up and left. 25 min in the restaurant and didn’t even get drinks. And there was no wait for a table they weren’t even busy.

Worest customer service, witress some time are rude. And expect me to leave the tip and only that food took over 30 minutes and by the time come cold. Im still here waiting for My food leave the review it been 45 minutes and NO food my witress is older lady and do half the stuff i told her the other half ....? Almost 1 hr of wait we decided to leave because my witress they just started preparing our order. We refuse and Walk out. One of the worst management even though they are full staff in kitchen and waitresses.

I came to ihop w a friend around 7 and the server ( white male) gave very bad customer service. Hey checked up on us twice ? As someone who works in customer service ( server & manager) i am very disappointed. And on top of that how do you automatically assume that we are together ? Last time I check you usually ask is this going to be together or separate checks but you didn’t and get upset and say you can’t do separate checks ? Why ? are you too lazy to ring it up and put it separate? Lol . And the crazy part is I still left a tip when that old man didn’t deserve it. And I would like for the general manager of this establishment to follow up on this behavior. Thank you .
