The food was great as always. I am disappointed about all the bottles were taken away. The salt, pepper, seasoning salt, & the Freddy's sauce all in tiny disposable containers. Also, the floor was as slick as a peeled onion. I almost fell twice due to sliding because you could not walk without sliding. I probably could have ice skated it was that slick. Very disappointed that corporate took the nutter butter custard sandwiches off the menu.

Great service and great food. Tried the new A1 Chop House Burger. Highly recommend this burger, very tasty.

Pretty good burgers. A better option over anything like Cookout, McDonald’s or Wendy’s. They’re still fast food but their burgers always taste fresh.

Have picked up dinner for my son a couple times over the last 3 weeks, but now I am seeing this place is simply too expensive for what you get. Ordered large fries, but last 2 times truly larger container with a small fry in it. Use to order large and get large, but no longer. Will go elsewhere from now on., sorry to say!

Just had a fabulous experience, once again, at Freddy's at Deep River. Terrific food, fast and efficient service, clean facility and friendly staff. And the manager takes time to check with patrons at each table to be sure their visit meets their expectations.

Literally amazing experience. Decided to walk in and place a to go order grabbed some to go custard pints and some yummy food. Came super fast and the staff were all great and nice. The girl who rang me up was the kindest and made the whole experience please make sure to recognize her. Here is my receipt hopefully you can figure out who it was ?

Food and service was good, but floor was very slippery and we as well as others almost fell a couple times. Said they couldn’t dry mop the floor to make it more safe. Law suit waiting to happen. Ugh.

Hot thin salty fries and thick tasty fried onion rings to go with the double steakburger. Delicious.

When I’m close to the restaurant that’s where I always go best hamburgers ever

We’ve been to several restaurants that would be randomly closed because they don’t have enough workers. How sad is that? That is NOT the case at this Freddy’s. They had plenty of workers and EVERYONE stayed busy. When no one was at the counter to order, they were still a hive of activity. Whether they were cleaning, restocking, cooking etc.. no one stood around staring at their phone or chatting. The manager went next door and came back with 4 pizzas for his crew. They all had on masks so we couldn’t see if they were smiling, but I would hope so. They kept working with anticipation of free pizza on their break. So instead of, “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” I propose this question:“Does the manager show his appreciation because they work hard or do they work hard because he shows his appreciation?”Anyway, it was a very nice thing to witness. Now the food. We both got the double with cheese and Hubs added bacon. The combo includes a drink and their delicious, super skinny fries. Due to Covid, they no longer have the special Freddy’s Sauce in a pump, but they do give you hermetically sealed pods which is actually nicer. The burgers are truly smashed so you get the crispy lace edges. We also got a chili cheese dog with onions. The beef hotdog was good and was longer than the bun. Sadly, only one side of the bun had been grilled, they needed more chili and they weren’t hot enough to melt the cheese. In the future we’ll stick with the burger and fries. I also got the vanilla frozen custard cone. Yum!
