Stay away!!! We should have turned around when we walked in and the place and it was filthy. There were multiple ants at the drink machine and ice tea dispenser. There was no hand soap in the men's restroom; thus, you can assume that the employees are not washing their hands with soap. The food was bland. We were over charged and had to go back to the register and get a refund. This was an all around horrible experience. We are done with Firehouse subs!
Most likely will not eat at this location again. While we were waiting on our order the man behind the counter went outside to smoke. When he came back in he did NOT wash his hands and started making food. If it was my food I would have asked for my money back. It doesn’t matter if they are wearing gloves or not, wash your hands!
Very dirty staff just sitting by the door smoking while people are waiting 30mins for food. The staff that is working are very rude and unprofessional no gloves or anything
The sandwiches here are great. My family loves the hot fresh choices. But we are constantly worried about getting sick from eating the food here. There is no way this place is passing health inspections. Everything from the floors and the tables, to the bathrooms and toilets are grimey, sticky, and gross. I'm sure if we saw the back kitchen we would never eat here again. But hey, the people are nice and we haven't gotten sick yet... so we've got that going for us...
I visited this location today(1-11-22). It has been over a year since I have been to this location and prior to this visit the place was clean, neat and organized but today it was absolutely the opposite!! The place is filthy! Food crumbs and trash on floor under tables, the counter where you pick up to go orders messy with food crumbs and spilled liquids, the drink machine splattered with dried on sticky drink splashes, the drink table area where the lids and straws are was covered in spills of the day as well as dried up stained spills from God knows when! Cardboard boxes at the register counter along with boxes of vegetables out front in the floor beside register. This place gets minus star rating!!CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!
This location was horribly disgusting. My boyfriend and I placed our order immediately after walking in. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we were sitting at a table after paying and waiting for our food that we noticed how unsanitary the place was. There was food/crumbs all over most of the tables, food left scattered all over the dinning floor, and liquid spots both dry and wet all over the floor. We walked in with an employee who immediately went into the back prepping food and never washed his hands. We looked up reviews while waiting for our food and noticed that people commented on the lack of cleanliness and sanitation consistently as far back as 5 months ago, even with a ex-employee review with pictures detailing the lack of sanitation. When our food was ready, we did not feel safe eating it nor giving it to anyone so unfortunately we just tossed it. It is clear these reviews are not being taken seriously. The company is replying to these comments stating "your comments will be passed on" or "we strive to maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times" but it is obvious they do not care as it is still filthy after 5 months of these reviews. The staff we ordered with was nice though!
Was a worker at this fire house until they harassed me to quit so they couldn’t fire me then they were having me perform duties without paying me for them that were not in my policy that I saw it but anyway the place is nasty I’m probably gonna call the health department to have them back out there or the health inspector because the place is just nasty and I got a few pictures down below just to show you And this is all done before we open in the morning at 10:30 and all the stuff supposed to be clean the night before
Been a while since I have been here and will be a while before I try again. The place is filthy to put it mildly, employees are just sitting in the dining room chillin, and the quality of the sandwich itself is poor. What happened? This place used to be great.
I never understand this..., I ordered Pastrami, extra meat with brown mustard only. I repeated this 3x when I ordered. I open my sandwich and its got cheese on it, really on Pastrami!Not happy...
Subs good (eating them now) but missing both pickles, I got brownies instead of chocolate chip cookies, asked for wheat bread and got white. Hot sub but came cold. Heated it up. Still taste good, but still..
