Sooooo..I don’t usually leave reviews but this one stuck with me because the food I ate from east coast wings on north main actually made me feel horrible the next day. Before I get into the quality of the food, the packaging of my boyfriend’s food went horribly wrong. When he went to eat his food his chicken tenders and fries were in the plastic bag from the tray breaking . Then our fries were oily and soggy not to mention cold. My buffalo chicken sandwich was soggy my bread was soggy and the bread from my chicken patty was falling off due to it being soggy. The whole experience was horrible! I literally had a tummy ache the whole night and next morning. I am so disappointed that the food didn’t have good quality .

This place has gone way down hill, first off, I come in the door at 8:00 and the guy says we close at 8:30 do you still want to eat in? Why wouldn’t I I have 30 minutes to close… first mistake should’ve just left then they are out of a sauce that I believe is made in house, THEN they are out of sweet tea, how are you out of sweet tea when another table got sweet tea… Are you too lazy to just make more? But another table got a refill of sweet tea after I was told they’re out. There is no excuse for that? Then, the silverware is PLASTIC?!?! Why did I get plastic silverware but another table got metal? Too lazy to wash it? And the waitress sees I’m done with my food and too busy talking to other tables and I haven’t got my check and they have a kid running around here I guess it’s one of the workers kids which is fine but he doesn’t need to be in the kitchen or behind the bar or sitting at the bar and climbing over booths. That is so unprofessional and not clean at all. I will not be coming back to this place.

Just great service last night. Last few months service has been a challenge and we understand staffing issues but still hard with a family. We still did takeout but decided to dine last night. Young lady was server in bar area and i think bartender and she was delightful. Food was good and fast but her attitude and cheerfulness made the trip worth it.

Bar has no ice or napkins!?and drinks are not made in proper glasses. They didn't have clean plates or silverware either. Had to wait for sour cream and salsa that was supposed to come w the meal. Asked for ketchup and got a handfull of packets. The service was very slow and lots of knats and flies at the bar aswell. I'm not sure how this place even operates...

We came in with another couple to eat around 3:45 on a Sunday. Only a few tables were occupied but the restaurant had plenty of staff. We were immediately seated and placed our drink order but it was downhill from there. 15 minutes to get a beer, another 15 minutes to order. One of the unsweetened teas had a moldy substance in it. Once the food was brought out we had to wait for utensils that I eventually had to retrieve from the bar myself. The Big Dipper sandwich came without a dip...then it was too salty to eat..the meat appeared to be scraped out of the bottom of a burnt pot...We asked to speak to the manager numerous times but "Mike" with no last name never came out...Eventually got tired of waiting and left after a 15% discount...

We walked in, and there was a bad odor in the place. Plus we were completely ignored, no waitress offering to seat us. After waiting a couple minutes, we turned around and walked out, never to return. If you want East Coast Wings, do the one in Kernersville. Different owner, and they do it right!

The service at this place is horrible. We ordered online. Our order was supposed to be ready at 6:17. It wasn't ready until 6:33. I got home and realized they didn't give us our drink, and no dipping sauces for the shrimp and onion rings. This is the second time in a row our order was missing stuff and our last time ordering from them!

Today as a food driver I experienced discrimination from the employees and owners….it’s so bad I have court on 5/31/22 to have restraining orders out for the owner and employees. They verbally abused me as well and they were insinuating/appearing to attack me. Now as a mix raced woman with my black features being more predominate experiencing an all white employees restaurant seemingly trying to attack but definitely verbally attacking me and following I was fearful for my life. So I decided to take legal actions and also but the video on social media since nowadays this is how you get justice. Lastly grubhub, Doordash, UberEats let’s you dash with a companion. My companion was my 6 month old son who had to witness and be apart of the verbal carnage and attacks. I’m completely disgusted and when I go to Trumps Freedom tour and get the opportunity to speak to him and Candace Owens I will discuss this incident and why things under Biden has become so hostile. Also I have business owners with restaurants on New Garden who are also on city council and other important hedge funds committees to stop this nonsense here especially after reading everyone’s reviews. So yes the goal is to SHUT THEM DOWN. Just the High Point locations. The owners creepy man who lied about not owning the place also was just recording my son so close to me and I’m like who are you do you work here and he said no I’m just recording your son. That is so out of line and they tried to CALL ME A BAD MOM because I was working with my child with me. At least my child is with me where is there children?

It was a very disappointing take out on top of them not being open on time (20 mins late). The wings were soaked in oil, no flavor, and cold. They had so much oil that it leaked out of the bag onto my floorboard carpet. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Used to love this place but … they seem to have hit rock bottom? Walked in with family. Only maybe 3 tables with patrons. Stood while the young girl just kind of aimlessly wondered back and forth with no acknowledgement. She did finally take a walk in to go order, I finally asked if they where seating people? She said “ oh, I’ll seat you”. Took us to table with drink circles and a dazed fly, my mom blew it off the table. The place looked a mess and hardly anyone there eating. I had to wonder what the kitchen looked like! We left.
