Should not be this slow for Drive thru. The sweet Lady in the window is super nice and friendly but the drive through line is slow. Me and my coworkers wanted some coffee and so i came up here to get is some. I was gonna go to dollar tree after but sitting in this line took up half of my lunch break. Two stars for the lady thats super friendly in the window
We stopped by here after an early dentist appointment to grab breakfast before heading to school. The drive thru was the only option and my daughter did a mobile order. It took over 30 minutes to get through the line and then they just started making our order when we got to the window. The hash browns were barely warm and my sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted almost stale and was barely warm. I ate about 1/4 of it and had to stop for fear of getting sick. We will NEVER visit this location again! Wish I could give zero stars!
We were in drive thru line for over 30 mins. And then they give me my latte with no cream In it. I always go here for a good ice latte but this really makes me not ever go back. Starbucks here I come.
Fast service and the drive thru lady was very professional and did my order correct, I asked her her name she said Laconna .I thanked her for wonderful service and how professional she was . We very happy at how she didn't mind I added on a breakfast sandwich to my order.
5 stars to this location for LaConna. She is a lovely human and knows how to execute some amazing customer service skills! I am unaware of the management and how it is structured for this company, but if they have "Team Leads" or "Associate Trainers" I would absolutely have her coaching my team. Combing through just a few comments it's clear she is having an impact on the stores perception, and that should be noticed and acknowledged by management. Also make sure to support people like her, don't stretch your good employees too thin and risk losing them. Don't shadow the people on your team that shine. Celebrate them.
One star is strictly for the cashier. She's lovely and the one bright spot. We stopped coming to this location ,months ago, bc the drinks were never properly made. Not special drinks..just standard ones. I can handle a drink if it's maybe too sweet or not sweet enough but the drinks are just BAD. They need more training. Several times the espresso machine was broken and there's no way to get out of line when that happens. The wait is always SO slow. You're never sure when they are open bc they obviously go my their own made up schedule. Doughnuts get just thrown into the bag...icing all over. I usually will drive out further to another location that is fantastic but I figured I'd give it one more shot. Mistake,of course. My med iced caramel latte with oat milk cost nearly $6 and was just burned tasting coffee with too many pumps of caramel in it. They charge $1.00 Xtra for oat milk and there's no way they added any. Worst drink I've ever had.
Laconna is so nice every time we come. She always greets us w a smile. She always wipes off our drinks, and is just so pleasant. We only come there because of her.
To the awesome and beautiful African American lady with the pink eyeshadow you are amazing and this store is not worthy of you. Hold times were awful because lack of staff I assume...also the credit card machine wasn't working.a man that was working in there tried to help but wasn't nearly as kind as she was.this woman personally stopped cashiering to make myself and my girlfriend excellent fresh sweet bacon croissants and our drinks and donuts. I would have pulled off had she not been so nice. We were stuck in the drive thru for close to 20 minutes and there isn't a way to just pull out. We need more Dunkin employees like her ❤️ management needs to reevaluate her position and give her extra wages ! people like her will be the reason people come back no matter the circumstance.
Probably the slowest dunkin donuts ive ever been to in drive thru. The African American lady at the window is always so friendly. Shes the reason i didnt put a 1 star. Please speed it up or hire more people because people cant be in line for 20 mins when we have somewhere to be
Thought I’d try something new this morning with myBoyfriend, and oh boy was I wrong for that. He ordered a white mocha hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich while I ordered a large hot hazelnut latte and a chocolate donut . I told them to make it light and sweet and it is the most bitter coffee I’ve ever tasted, my boyfriends white mocha hot chocolate wound up being a PEPPERMINT mocha hot chocolate, disgusting. The sandwich was hard, and the donut looked like a child had made it.
