Absolutely terrible. Spent $40 and only ordered a small shrimp and broccoli (they only gave me 3 peices of shrimp) white rice and lo main and I asked them to cook the broccoli to where its soft and they gave it to me basically raw. I couldnt even chew it because it was so hard! I will never order from them again.
This is the very worst General Tso , Sweet-and-sour chicken, fried rice, and crab Rangoon I have ever had. At least they gave me my money back!
Wouldn't even rate it one star but I have no other option. Boyyyy I tell you what. Whoever on the phone tonight better get his attitude in check?? NEVER will you get me or our companies business again
Ordered Cashew Chicken. Terrible!!!!! The worst Chinese food I have ever had. It tasted terrible BUT that was not the biggest issue. The biggest issue was when I took it back to her and showed her that most of my food was celery, carrots and cashews. No chicken, just.extremely small pieces of breaded somethings she said you should have brought it back sooner and then asked me what I wanted. I told her to keep the food and wasted 9.00. What a waste! Stay away from this restaurant.
We have got food from here quite a few times over the years. It’s usually good! Tonight, is another story. It was awful! Don’t know what was done differently but, yuck!! The rice was not cooked all the way. That was an immediate turn off. Spent way too much money to be so disappointed!! Will not be ordering from here any time soon!
In the current COVID environment, this is take out only and they have removed all the chairs/tables from the inside. So decide to get quick takeout and nothing stood out when it comes to food or customer service. Just like any other Chinese takeout place.
Definitely avoid this place, we got a whole bag of food that looked absolutely disgusting. We only order 3 items and it was a outstanding 40$! I will never come back here. When we asked for a refund they said they could only give us 30% of our order that we paid for after bringing all the food back not even 5 minutes later.
Horrible Chinese food the fried rice was not actually fried only white rice with soy sauce on it. Rice was salty but had no flavor. General Taos chicken was also salty not sweet and seemed to be garlic sauce with sweet and sour sauce added. Do not order from this place it is expensive and does not taste good
This restaurant is a rip off. I placed an order through Doordash and immediately called them to cancel the order as it was scheduled for delivery on the wrong date/time. The receptionist who answered me said that she'll cancel it (even asked my name to confirm the order), but Doordash informed me that the merchant already processed my order and has to charged me even though the order was confirmed cancelled by Doordash.What a rip off.
This restaurant stopped delivering and handed it over to GrubHub. My normal $45 - $50 order went to $80 for the same items. That means there's a $30 delivery fee! Ridiculous! On top of that, the last time I ordered, they got the order wrong. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and received sweet and sour chicken. When I called to let them know, the manager got VERY angry with me. He told me he didn't have anyone to bring it to me now. I told him I didn't mind if he brought it. He said he might do that but demanded I give him the chicken back. The only saving grace in this is the GrubHub driver. She went back to the restaurant and received my text. She immediately got the order of shrimp and brought it to me. I tried to give her the chicken and she said, "Don't worry about it." We Americans are used to the unfriendliness of Asian restaurant owners. However, when I pay nearly double what I should for delivery service, one would believe it was at least friendly service. They messed up on the order and tried to penalize me for their error. I have never been more disappointed. I will never make the mistake again.
