I myself got the bbq sandwich with some fries which seemed to stay hot n fresh for a good while. However my family that I was with ordered the meatloaf and it apparently was chopped yet they'll swear up n down that they didn't order it chopped and got told that they didn't when they tried to correct it. They still enjoyed the food though so lol
Ordered the chicken pie and I git a soup with crust on it. No veggies in it. So runny and disappointing. Gteen beans were bland and boring. This was my 1st meal in 2 days and I was upset that it was this from them. Do better.
I love their tenderloin biscuits but two weeks ago they have the tenderloin mashed down thin like mixed with too much flour.and took two bites and throw it away. Taste was bad.

Food very good but my last two order were incomplete. Got breakfast platter with bacon today. Got home no bacon. Need to open each item before leaving. It’s becoming a habit.
I Ordered A tenderloin biscuit when I got home I had a bolgna Biscuit .Iam very discusted. I have been pleased with service until this happened
My husband and I came in today and very sweet southern young lady waited on us and brought us our food ...she was very pleasant and the food was delicious! Bless her heart ...she seemed to be the only waitress in the whole building, but she never lost her smile! We need more employees like her ! Keep up the great work !!
I eat here very often. The staff is friendly and it is rare that I have to wait for my food to be prepared. There have been times my order was incorrect but the manager is always prompt to resolve the issue.Even during times, where they have a high volume of customers...orders are often given promptly.I strongly recommend eating here...the food is definitely worth the price you'll pay...
Last night we had a terrible experience at this place. The cashier was RUDE and I sat and watched her lick her fingers as she was scooping banana pudding into a bowl. I have not had a bad experience like this before at Country BBQ Express, so last night was shocking. We waited forever for our food as the frontline staff laughed and joked around, but still were in no hurry to get out customers orders. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
Love love love this bbq!! Used to travel all the way to Denton to get the bbq we liked the most, now it’s just a couple of miles away and even better!! Never had anything I didn’t like from here. My brother from PA came for a visit and I bought him and his wife some for dinner along with a strawberry cake “full size “ you have to preorder. They absolutely loved it. Said they never had anything like it before and had to get some to take back to eat later with them. We always get a little bit of everything. Sliced, chopped. You name it you won’t be disappointed. My husband and son loves the hot dogs. The only thing that I think they could possibly improve on is making a bigger milkshake. They are much too SMALL!! Not enough for something so yummy.
