Fast Food Burgers Hot Dogs

3 years ago we moved to High Point, NC.. We were told that one of the best places to get a burger was at cook out. They were correct.Today I go and get 2 burgers and they were horrible. They were not the burger we usually get. The burger was the size of a silver dollar and it would not even cover the bun. WHAT HAPPENED COOK OUT??? Has someone else taken over the business????? No more cook out for me.

As always Cook Out is Cook Out. The food is mostly the same at most locations. I do drop.by frequently because it is a quick something to eat and the food isn't bad. Late night it hits the spot! However, be mindful in the evenings it seems they cook allot of hot dogs to deal with the volume of customers and they aren't as juicy and a little dry. Also ask for condiments and if you want LIGHT ICE that request is usually ignored by different drive through workers although one in line B has done it twice. I have even received someone else's order. I do believe they try, so don't don't let little mistakes stop you from going.

Quite possibly the worst cookout I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. The general manager should be fired and half of the staff with them. They are consistently getting my orders wrong just yesterday I received a peanut butter milkshake and they failed to mix it up resulting in a vanilla milkshake with a glob of useless peanut butter at the bottom. And this location is closest to my house and I’m not driving all the way to thomasville so cookout corporate has effectively lost a customer.

2 nights in a row we go here, can't get our order right when we are specific. For around 32.00 so sad when they can't even get our order right again. Especially when again we was specific...didn't feel like driving back to get the correct way we wanted our food. Yall need to be retrained or hire new people.

Cookout always delivers, it doesn't matter which location I pull up to.. the quality is consistent, the food is always on point, hot and high quality. There aren't many fast food places that can say they have consistent quality across the board no matter which one you visit. But Cookout definitely can make that claim

Darrel (sorry if I spelled It wrong lol) sweetest and most hard working kid you'll meet. He was so kind to make our order was correct before we left! Even though he has been working all day he still showed respect and manors, so let me say this Darrel you sir deserve a raise!!!!

3rd time they got my shake wrong, I order chocolate chip mint and got some gray nasty looking mess? Definitely not chocolate chip mint.

Just went here, waited in a car line that didn't move for ten minutes, then went to the window where I saw 3 EMTs on duty, two of which weren't wearing masks. This couples with your employees, all but one who weren't wearing a mask. After waiting at the window for another 15 minutes I ordered a Reese's cup and a snickers milkshake, both with extra topping. A guy made my drinks and sat them by the window- all with no mask. About five minutes after that someone handed them to me. Also without a mask. When I got home (because it's cold outside) we both got the same milkshake... I think, but to be honest there is so little topping in there that you cannot taste the difference. If you're reading this, and you got covid after going to cook out- go ahead and file a lawsuit.Attached are pics of the EMTs not wearing masks, and my "snickers shake with extra topping"

One of the best things about Cookout is that the lines mean even though your burger is cooking to order, there are enough such that yours is fresh without a 20 minute wait. Done have okra and some don't, and rarely you get just a few pieces, but the treats are a really good deal. Great shakes, chicken and beef burgers! And corn dogs!

Hamburger and fries were good. The staff was very friendly. But, the hot dog wasn't too tasty but edible. I had the bacon,. cheese hot dog. I guess I was expecting real cheese and not a bland cheese sauce and a slice of bacon on a bun. Maybe I'll try something else the next time.
