Ice cream was delicious, but service sucked - especially from the “young lady” on evening of 4/30.We tipped $4 on $16 worth of ice cream and didn’t even get a “thank you,” let alone a tip song that the crew is supposed to sing (unless things have changed since I managed a Cold Stone, which I doubt).Also, I’d suggest management/owners swapping out some of the larger containers of flavors for smaller containers for more flavors … would have loved to have butter pecan as an option as opposed to some of the others.
I drove with the family 15 minutes to get to this cold stone location thinking I will get there 10 minutes before closing 8:50 when I got there there was a group of people standing outside already telling me they’re closed at least 15 to 20 minutes early then I started looking into reviews and past year this location has so many bad reviews either the owner or the corporate need to check out the employees there is absolutely no reason for a business to close before the scheduled time because there are going to be people like me who drive 15 to 20 minutes to get from one corner of High Point to another just to see the door closed
The google says they close at 9pm but the people inside don’t feel like working therefore they shut down the store around 8:30pm. Made us drive all the way and waste our time.
Came on a Saturday night and expected it to be busy, it was! Waited in the line out the door for about 25 mins before getting to order. But, here’s the catch. When we were waiting on others in front of us to order, the two employees were just chatting away at each other, not working… just standing socializing AND EATING ICE CREAM. With a line of people out the door. I can’t make this up lolNot to mention the girl making my ice cream had no idea what went in it, I had to ask her to add the Carmel and chocolate chips.They were out of cookie dough, brownie and Reese’s… at 7:30 pm on a Saturday. This place is a joke
THEY DON’T WEAR MASKS! Ice cream is always good, but this night I walked in and walked right back out when I saw the staff making creations without wearing masks. . Go to the location by Costco they wear masks….same owner but I was told staff wearing masks are left up to their own discretion. The employees at the location near Costco obviously understand how Covid is spread. I called this location and Max answered and before I could finish asking my 1 question I was very rudely rush
My experience at this Cold Stone location was great! Jihad was awesome, professional, and provided incredible customer service! This location has a great one in Jihad, God Bless you all!
Updated- No refund has been issued. Still waiting on corporate.Store was closed an hour and 20 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Called and called till I finally got in touch with corporate. I honestly wish it was possible to leave negative stars. I was refused a refund and refused to have my cake fixed. Had to run in circles to get the managers number after raising hell. He claims my refund will be back on my account by the end of the day but I guess we will see. The lady in the blueberry jump suit was beyond rude and had the nerve to ask why I was mad.
Very disappointing trip to Cold Stone today. One employee was nice. The other was extremely rude. Quick to talk before listening. You clearly cannot request that the stone be wiped off before your ice cream is put on it- if I were the manager and one of my employees spoke the way this guy did, they would be fired on the spot.
Awesome customer service with hardworking and dedicated workers! Delicious and high quality products and ice cream that comes with friendly staff!
Every time I go there I Enjoyed so much best ice cream and the crew Seems they are happy to work there.
