I waited 22 minutes for my order, after being pulled to the lot infront of the store which is normal, I waited patiently then had to call the store and was told to pull back in drive thru, so I did and was told that the sun was to bright and she couldn't see me, but then said didn't you see me waving....Seriously? I was the only one in the lot ma'am. Poor Service!
My family has been going to the Eastchester Chu’s Express location since the late 90’s. We have a big family, so our take out orders can be kinda complex… but we’ve never had a bad experience in terms of quality, and our order is always correct. When I lived in NYC I was literally 25 minutes from Chinatown and I missed High Point Chu’s ? 5/5 do recommend
Ordered a lunch special with roasted pork with Chinese vegetables and it was really good and a great value. Plus they made it in like 5 minutes it's faster than fast food baby!
Only place I like Chinese from in all of high point BUT you have to make sure you order from the chia express on east Chester the one on west Chester is not affiliated two completely different orders and the one on west Chester is gross!!
Chu's Express is an asian restaurant servicing TAKE OUT ONLY. Located in High Point, this restaurant occupies the corner location of the Center Stage shopping mall. The place was clean and the pleasant lady at the front offered good customer service. The fold was ready in less than 10 mins. I will give props to this place for one thing though.....this was the most neatly packaged take out order......ever. I know my food is not spilling out of the box. A+++ for packaging. This location also has a drive through window. So you can literally call them and pick up the order without going inside the store. Food tasted good and very reasonably priced.

I love chus both locations on Eastchester and westchester. Always a solid takeout and watch a movie.
My mother was there to buy a Chicken fried rice and a steak fried rice last Saturday and I got food poisoning. I waited to type this because I went to get a COVID test to make sure it wasn’t COVID. I was so sick. I only ate the steak fried rice I should have known it tasted a little off but I felt bad since my mom picked it up and paid for it. I don’t like to write negative reviews but this was so bad. I just write this so the owners can keep on eye on who’s making this stuff I’ve never gotten food poisoning before. I’m tuff and can pretty much eat anything.
Take out food is good. Still can't go inside to order or pay.
My kids father won't order from anywhere else. It's a typical Chinese place.They've got a decent selection to choose from menu-wise & the price is average.Edit: Forgot to mention they will accommodate certain substitutions/modifications as long as it's not an extreme request.
