The outside tables were dirty, the floors inside were full of crumbles, napkins, etc. Somehow all this picture did not inspire trust that my food will be prepared neatly… Turned around and went elsewhere…
Just ordered pickup from here and they forgot to add half my bowl. I didn’t think I ordered a kids meal but it sure looks like it. Come to this chipotle if you want to be charged full price for half of what most chipotles give you! Or at least stand right over the workers shoulder to make sure you’re not ripped off
Located very close to the High Point Palladium Theater, this Chipotle location is an excellent place to stop by for a quick meal. The quality of food is consistent with all other Chipotles I've been to and of course...is delicious. The staff is friendly and very efficient. There is a very small outside dining area as well. Parking can be a challenge if the restaurant is busy however there are ample spots off the restaurant with a less than a minute walk. There is a chance you may miss turning in the right entrance but you will eventually get a hang of it.If you haven't been to a Chipotle, you walk up right up to the ordering station, choose the food from the menu and grab a seat to enjoy your meal. It is the fast casual concept and there won't be anyone to help you find seat. So just grab any empty seat and clean up(to your best ability) and dispose the container in the trash before you leave.
Maybe it’s just me but I can’t eat this food without making a serious offering to the porcelain gods within an hour. It gives me the worst indigestion and is always greasy!Uggghhh no more
I went to the store yesterday to order a quesadilla, but they wouldn’t sell it to me. It had to be ordered online only. This despite the fact that the ingredients were sitting right in front of us. I don’t blame the individuals in this particular store, not their fault. Company policy.
So I ordered steak and smoked brisket with black beans and salad with no rice. I got home and used my own plate. The original packing was heavy and the price was $16.00 total. Need a little more lettuce and a side of chips for burrito bowl.
Great food! The lemonade is excellent. Great option for gluten-free
They were on top of their game and our lunches were perfect.
Website needs to include special instructions on your order. You can't request extra sauce for dipping or cilantro for example unless you go up to the counter when you pick it up. Waiting in line is what we are avoiding here. I tried to contact the number on the website but if you aren't placing an order it won't put your call through to an employee to request this be added to your bag. When you press 0, or speak to say you want to talk with someone at the location, all of a sudden there is a message that states the number you have reached is longer available.
Just had the nicest experience with the employees at this location. Kindness overload!!! What a lovely way to have lunch!! Thank you!!
