I don't normally write reviews but this time its a must! Yesterday I went into this location to grab lunch and I got the bowl with Barbacoa and brown rice and it was not good at all, the meat had a lot of oil and the rice was super mushy, so I called to the store and spoke with Montana and she apologized a few times for the food not being good and asked me to come back so she could replace it. I could not make it back the same day but she said no worries I am here tomorrow. Today I went back in for lunch and she did just as she said and replaced my order but this time with steak and it was perfect!! She is the type of people we need in management these days she defiantly knows the meaning of customer service.. Thank You Montana!!
There's a reason they don't allow you to speak to a manager or staff over the phone. The food was absolute garbage. 95% rice, 1% burnt meat, 1% burnt veggies, 1%salsa, 1% 1.95 cheese dip, 1% probably an employee's spit, which ironically would be the only thing that had flavor... seriously disgusting food, won't let you speak to a manager over the phone. You'd honestly be better off getting taco bell.
Really have to say that we were disappointed with our dinner at Chipotle. Do not know if this location is going down hill, or if the pandemic is still causing problems. No cauliflower rice, no guacamole for starters!! Like what!?!? Then the staff was just generally unhappy and not very helpful on this day. But seems like this is happening more and more at this location. We may not visit this location but will visit other locations in the future.
My son and I met my Mom here for lunch. This was my first time eating at this location. I will not be back. The food was ok and a bit overpriced. If you want a large cup of queso cheese sauce, it's almost 5.00! That's way overpriced plus it tasted way oversalted and was not that good. I ordered their pork soft tacos. The pork tasted odd- not a good flavor. I ordered lemonade to drink. When I got to the fountain, they had minute maid and some kind of organic lemonade. I tried the organic and it barely had any flavor. It tasted very weak and watered down- not barely sweet at all. So, I switched to the minute maid and it was very watered down- it was worse. And later in the day I felt very sick and gassy from this food. I ate nothing else all day so I know it was from chipotle. I don't know how they cook their food at this location or what they put in it, but it really made me nauseated and extremely gassy. I've eaten at another location before and it did not make me feel the way that this one did. Disappointing.
I came here to see if I liked it better than barbaritos. Big mistake hardly any rice in my bowl, everything stone cold, not many chips and a small thing of cheese and all for $16 what a rip off. Barbaritos is way better! And cheaper
Chipotle is good stuff. Fresh, tasty ingredients and generous portions. I usually get a chicken bowl and it's always on point.
Great service a little pricey but other than that a great place to grab a quick meal
Had a great experience here . Food was fresh and hot and they gave nice potions where I felt like I could actually get full and I did had some for that and day and the next. I love this place I not only eat here but I also do most of my DoorDashes here.
Food was good service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Food was well stocked and table and countrr surfaces were clean.
Do you want your food delivered 30 min late, Ice cold, missing full items from your order and missing ingredients you wanted? Then this is the place to go! Oh you just want to call the store and see how it can be fixed? Nope! They won't answer! Call the Chipotle delivery line? No again! You'll spend another 30 min waiting for an answer! Zero stars need to be a thing.
