Bobbie Brooks is an awesome server,bar tender. I work with City of HP and rumor has it you go where the service is friendly . Not saying this because we are related,I saying you can't judge one by other ppls actions.other servers. Good help is hard too come by,and if you go too Chilli's on East Chester Dr in HIGH POINT you will see who cares and who don't.
I was very happy with my experience and food. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Chili’s and I was delightfully surprised to find they have good Tex-Mex food to eat. I know my family always get the nachos, they are individually made instead of one heaping mess, but I love it this way with eh beans and good amount of cheese melted on top. I dad likes the burgers and sliders. I have had the salads and I had the chipotle chicken bowl for lunch that was great with rice, and many other toppings, I had leftovers.
I would give them a zero if I could…. 4/4/22 between 4:45p and 5:15p, I ordered two Chipotle Shrimp Fresh Mex Bowls for pick up. Unfortunately, I didn’t check to see if the house made ranch dressing was included in the bag. When I arrived home, I saw that it was missing. Although I was doubtful, I called Chillies to ask if the dressing was already on the food or should it be separate. The male employee acted confuse with what I was asking, I repeated myself and he stated the dressing should be in separate containers. I told him that the the dressing was missing and we also didn’t receive utensils. He behaved confused again. Without any apology or concern, he asked if I wanted to comeback. I was sick of his attitude by that time and I asked to speak to a manager. He said, this is him”. I didn't want a free meal, I wanted them to know they need to do better and show proper customer service. Mistakes happen. They certainly didn’t mind accepting my tip. I advised him that I would call their customers service line. The so called manager hung up.
Food was good and came out at a good time however the food was a lil warm not hot but was still an awesome place for me and the family for dinner!
Good food. Great service. Good price. The $10.99 deal is great. Plenty of food.
Smells... Not just inside the building. But my mother got mashed potatoes and the cheese that they put on top was bad. I had an odor to it that perfumed the whole plate. The bathroom smelled like a wet rag. But the bad cheese worries me.
The server was very attentive. The food was delicious. In an attempt to take half of my burger with me it ended up in the parking lot because the box she gave me was no good...smh
I understand about staffing issues around the country, so I'm taking that into account. It was ok, fries were old and cold, but the broccoli seemed was hot and crisp(good). Service was decent, very attentive, deserved the 20% we gave. Not a ton of people for 5 o'clock on a Wednesday, but it was picking up as we left. Seasoning was missing on just about everything, so taste only received a 2, the service made it a 3 star, might go back.
Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was way overworked but didn't let it affect her service. She was apologetic about the slow service and because of her attention to the situation, we didn't mind at all. Hopefully the 36% tip helps to keep her going strong.
