Went to this store with intention of dining in. No parking spots available because 10 or so removed for drive through. 2 for chic fil a vehicles and I don't know how many for curbside pickup. If I came with wife we wouldn't be able to get to handicap spots because they are behind drive-through lanes.You need a bigger location.Went to McDonalds for lunch.
Very disappointed in this location. I was on my lunchbreak and the cashier who took my order didn't give a receipt to begin with after being charged. Patiently sat there with a coworker for 15 long minutes , stood up and went to ask the person that took our order what was going on but no one could tell us what happened. I left without food and wasted my entire lunch break without even being offered compensation. Do better Chick-fil-A.
The drive thru was so quick (I’m not use to this at Chick-fil-A, granted it was 11am) but the employee was rude and got my order wrong which held me up at the other window. And once I got my food back to my office it tasted like day old chicken because it was hard as a rock and the fries were not hot. I threw it away!!! I have never done this with Chick-fil-A!
This place has very friendly workers and usually have the food ready in a timely manner. However, sometimes there will be 10 people behind the counter and they'll be chit chatting while your food is sitting on the counter getting cold. Why does the person who packs the food just set it down on the counter next to them while your food just sits there waiting for someone else to grab it and give it to you. They hire alot of younger employees and some of them seem more interested in socializing then doing their job in a timely and efficient manner. The other day I actually saw a women walk out after already paying for her coffee because they took to long to hand it to her. She was frustrated because we were both standing there watching several people behind the counter chatting instead of getting the food out. Just my 2 cents hopefully it will be corrected. Other than that it's a great place!!
They are perfect. They need to offer a course to other places on customer service. In all my life at eating at Chick-fil-A there has only been a mess up once and then they offered me a gift card for a honest mistake anyone could of made. Will always visit.
Chick-fil-A IMO is the gold standard for how fast food restaurants should be operated. I honestly have never had a sub-par experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant regardless of what city I was in... the quality standards for everything from Staff to food is consistent across the board. A+++ ..hospitality,quality,service & consistency will get my money every single time.. My Favorite Place To Eat 4 Life
Chick fil A has perfected the art of drive through service. Food is good, service is beyond excellent and reasonable price. Let me put it this way. 8 bucks for lunch at chick fil A vs 8 bucks at Wendys or Mcds? No contest there.
They need to fix all of their dining rooms and get back to consistently being open. The pandemic is over down south and they need to start acting like it! You never know from one restaurant to the next if the dining room will be open. As always, the food is great and the drive-thru speed is amazing but sometimes I want to sit down at the restaurant and not eat in my car.
nothing bad to say they are perfect, i just wish they offer curbside all day cause once ur in that line u can't get out and i always have to rush back to work.
We ordered gift cards for out staff for Christmas. We were able to use the drive through and then wait in the desi pick up parking for them to bring rue items out to is once they were ready. It was quick and seamless.
