Since I started investing, it has been smooth and no complain. But I still see people complaining that they have been scammed in one way or the other. As soon as you walk in it smells funny.The place was dirty trash all over the floor.The menu was nasty, had not been wiped down.The waiter was nice.Food was ok.
Food was sub par. The staff was short handed but definitely where nice and welcoming. Lady at bar had exceptional customer service. Beer rep was there and made my Wife and I Day. Bought me a beer!
Guy with dreads waited us but didn’t seem like he even wanted to work. Firstly our food was given to us at different times, so by the time someone else got their food the others were already done. Secondly the waiter didn’t care enough to check if we needed refills until we brought it to his attention. It wasn’t overly busy so I don’t see why the cooks struggled to get out the food at the same time. Definitely need better waiters as I see other poor reviews about the staff.
Trying wings from a outer perspective was always my dream and going to Buffalo Wild Wings gave me that. This a nice spot plus the experience there being there makes you don’t want to leave especially when it’s a chill spot where you could hang out with friends and family especially if your interested in watching sports it’s a great spot there. The waitress/waiters are really great there too they have really good customer service not only they have so much good things there really clean, not to mention the goodness of the wildest wings around the world. Nice spot and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there to experience what I have.
First I tried calling to place a to-go order and nobody answer after three calls. Second I get there and order, I told the lady what I wanted and after I paid I realized she didn’t input my order right. The manger comes over and fixes my order but doesn’t give me my refund of the different amounts of about $4. Fourth I realize why no one was answering the phone, because she just hung up the phone even though it was ringing, and the final straw was when I got home they gave me blue cheese instead of ranch. Overall terrible customer service.
It wasn't as crowded as other places I tried to go to, late night. The host immediately made sure a booth was ready, and the staff was friendly. They didn't have an ice which is an essential. The appetizer took a little bit but was great. Everything else was ok.
Busy with a wait service was quick and food just tossed on the table and ran. The 10 wings were sauced with carribean jerk sauce which is a favorite but wings were decent.
Came in contact with a female name Tea at the take out register this evening she was rude and unprofessional. I called before I came and she was the same on the phone. I feel that she needs help with customer service skills companies loose alot of good paying customers do to this if she can't do any better she needs to be put in back customers come in to buy food from a hard day at work don't want to come into contact with this kind of business.
We ordered take-out this evening and got home to find several items from our order were missing. However, we were gifted someone else’s half eaten wings. Absolutely disgusting. No one wanted to touch their food after that. Would not recommend.
