Overall pretty good. Make sure you check for the sauce you ordered because they frequently forget.
I only ordered 2 large ice teas. They often have very little to no ice in their ice tea. My tea was just sitting on their counter. I had to ask for my order. There was . hardly any ice in both cups. The employee acted like she was annoyed with having to give me a cup of ice. I realized when I returned home, she didn’t give me straws. This a common problem. I guess I should be content with not having ice in my “ICE TEA”. It’s convenient to go to this location, but Mrs. Winners Is right up the street.
Worst sandwich I've had in a long time. The Cajun filet was paper thin and the driest thing I've ever eaten. Sad how bad their food had went downhill.
We ordered food to go here and it was nasty. They cooked the chicken in old used fry oil. They promised to make it right but never did. I made several phone calls to corporate and they just ignore the issues. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give zero stars I would.
Hey guys! This Bo have like the best customer service. Let me tell; I order two biscuits, I heard the cashier call it out. But right before the cashier let me save you some money, I'm going to give you a combo.. I said, cool that great! Drove up to the windows my combo was $6dollars and some change. In my mind I'm thinking that's a pretty good deal. The Manager was packing bag with my combo, then handed off to me I held felt kinda lite, look in the bag it was only one biscuit. The Manager said, that the cashier forgot to ring that other biscuit up, so ok I pulled out my wallet. The Manager said, No don't worry about. I said, thank you Jesus!
Wow! A 11 minute wait on Homestyle Tenders at 7:40 at night. Ridiculous. Quicker to drive to KFC.
The only Bojangles I love going to! Super friendly staff. The food is always great. Dine-in area is usually clean. I also love that they play Christian and gospel music.
This is by far the worst Bojangles in the history of Bojangles. Do not go to the one on NC 68. Went and they said they were out of chicken. Everytime I go here its always a problem. This one got me not going to no Bojangles no where.
Easy to get to off the freeway. The best chicken sandwich and fries I have ever had hands down. The sweet tea and biscuits were amazing. I wish I had one of these in my home state. My only complaint is the person who took my order had no patients what so ever they continuously rushed me.
