Service is very poor needs a ton of improvement employees are very rude and don't even talk like no hi or have a nice day nothing around sucks
Biscuits are good. And now this location has bingo on Thursday morning from 9-10 am! Such fun.
My food was made fast. The people that work there aren't very talkative. So the customer service part could be better.
I don't know if it was because maybe they were short the staff but it took me 15 minutes in line with just four cars altogether someone behind me in 3 ahead of me so we'll actually five cars but just to say that it took way too long just for three biscuits it always takes forever for some reason at this restaurant
I have not been to this restaurant since college. Just so happened to ride thru a town and saw it. It was as good as I remembered it a decade ago
Tired them again, this time walk-in. Ordered 3 coffees, 2 pancake breakfasts w/extra bacon and 1 ultimate bacon biscuit, no egg. On my way ro work, once I there I found that my ultimate biscuit no egg was not in the bag. No time to go back. Think I'll find another location.
Had an unpleasant experience previously that has totally been redeemed. I spoke with Alan and he assured me what happened wasn't their normal and I absolutely believe that now.
Went through drive thru and Elizabeth was out of this world with her customer service. She went above and beyond to help any way she could. I forget about this location but they get you in and out pretty fast.
The food is good there is not much of a wait you can ask for something and they'll give it right to you! Definitely recommend it.
