I was REFUSED SERVICE twice this month. Both times, in drive through. I was told that "Store is closed". I recorded the employees selling items to cars in front of me and behind me. When I asked an employee she said "we are short staffed".This is discrimination and unacceptable.Whoever, the manager is should hire better people.
Went to this baskin robbins because the one in Greensboro was shut down and I usually order a Oreo Sunday which is a large cup with fudge at the bottom and vanilla ice cream and crushed oreos on top, they gave me a small cup with 1 scoop of cookies n cream ice cream with whip cream and a cherry. The worker was very unprofessional and kept rushing me to order, I do not recommend coming to this baskin robbins.
I went to put order for cake and stand like a stupid for 10 minutes. There were 5 employees but no one come upfront. Finally I asked for cake order and menu or catalog and they have no idea about it. No one take care of Baskin-Robbins part only Dunkin Donuts was running good. They should shut down the Baskin-Robbins if no one going to take care so atleast peoples don't had bad experiences.
Three stars only for the friendly staff who waited on us three stars only for the munchkins we had. One star and less for the cleanliness of the store dust so thick within my eyesight you could write your name on it. please clean the tops of your machines. I don't know what health department official or when they came in but they missed what was so obvious to me on my visit. I draw the line on eating dust bunnies.
They only hire the rudest, laziest people. Every time I go there they act like you’re bothering them or interrupting their conversations. This place is the absolute WORST!!!
Waited in drive thru for an hour. Couldn't go inside. Absolutely ridiculous.
It’s now the worst place to eat ice cream with your family I’m very upset and the workers should be fired for getting a cup filled it up with milk and put whipped cream on top to trick ppl into drinking it ?
I'm glad I'm able to order on the app, and have the workers here get my order at the drive-thru.
Each time I've been to the drive thru it was so slow. Do not go there in a time crunch! Ever....... not just in morning. Anytime!
Slowest place I have ever been in . act like it's a chore to wait on you.4 separate visits were out of bananas a d other toppings and didn't seem to care.
