Terrible services. Ordered online. I understand that there are not enough people working on places. But I ordered online and they did not have the order packed. New person/ worker looked at me and i ask is this my order ? person replies yes. Don't even move to intent to pack the order. Then a busy guy came from the kitchen "he looks like the manager"; almost falling on the floor due to slippery floor. He said, help her to pack the food... The worker did not know how to pack food in the plastic bag. They did not have trays for drinks. No manners to treat customer, don't have sense how to deal with customer and offer an excellent customer services. We would not recommend to order online.
I used to go to this place every week went a few weeks ago & they were out of everything decided to wait awhile to go back. Went today was totally disappointed & will never go again. Prices went up. Got less food. I usually have leftovers, but got charged for a heavy d burrito & let's just say it wasn't heavy anything. Rice & meat in burrito was cold while sour cream & guacamole was warm. I will not be going back.
They need help really bad. Me and my family walked out due to the wait. 2 folks working hard. They just could not handle the amount of business they had. We have eaten there before and the food was good.
Great tasting food, made as you tell what you want on your Taco, burrito, etc.. going back for sure.
I used to eat here 3 times a week and never have I been this disappointed! Chips in a bag that barely covers the bottom of the bag for 4 orders! The burrito that was ordered was crushing the little bit of chips we did have. Missing items and when I call, the manager says I'm sorry and what would you like for me to do! My coworkers first time eating here! Will not be going back!
Our DoorDash order was completely messed up. From missing items, cold food, crushed food and missing utensils. The managers only explanation was we are busy and training.That is the managers job to ensure those who are training are doing the work correctly. It’s also the managers job to check outgoing orders too. Will take our business elsewhere.
This is the first and last time I go to this particular location. I have enjoyed the other locations in the past. They have offered tufu while I was a vegetarian for six years.At about 3:40 pm, on 3/2/2021, we come into the empty restaurant. Three African American people were down the counter hanging out. Finally, one lazily meanders to the cashier. With some jester and few mumbled words, he indicated he was ready for me.I asked for a burrito for me, and a taco for my wife. I think he said "beans and rice?" Then I asked for tofu, and he said "all outa that" Since I ended my vegetarian diet, I got the turkey that I did not know was offered.When we got to the cashier, the hardware seemed not to be working. All he did was put out his hand, indicating he would take my card and provess it for me. As soon as he returned my card, he turned around and walked away. No receipt was given.The sandwiches were left in foil, and a bag with chips. I was not asked about salsa, and it was not given. I received no dish, pan, basket or tray.The place was dirty, and inappropriate music was playing. Shortly after we finished our stingy portions, we left.Shorty after I drove my car down the short distance to the grocery store, I got out out, vomited, and began having a bowel movement in my pants. I made it to the supermarket rest room, finished my diarrhea, and discarded my underpants.I was not feeling well enough, so had to use a motorized scooter to do my shopping.The employees there behave like its such an effort to do anything. Nobody was smiling. I am not going to bother with any barbarian store any more.
Ordered at 6:50 for pick up said order would be ready at 7:40. Got here at 7:45 and they hadn’t started the order. Kept taking other orders and not even starting ours or communicating with us. At 8 pm the food still hasn’t been started. Finally got our food at 8:10. Never again. Save your money
Ordered on line. We built orders for burrito bowl and a burrito. It was a fast turn around and the food was delicious. The downside was the food lacked many of the items we requested. Hard to know how to mend an order when you start eating it.
My pregnant wife wanted to eat here, we drove by and their sign says open 11-9. We walk up and the door is locked. Someone comes out and says they close at 4. So we left, and got better food. Will not waste time going back in case they decide to close early that day also.
