Had a catering order for my college graduation party that did not come with all items included, and missing one specific part of the meal i really wanted. Also, it wasn’t set up for us AND didn’t include warmers even though both of these were supposed to be included. Called the general manager and was basically told “sorry, next time do it differently.” terrible service, terrible catering experience and terrible food at that. never ever again!
We often eat at other Barberitos locations and have had good food and service. Today we had lunch at the Hwy 68 location. We arrived at 1PM. After getting our food we had to ask someone to clean up a table for us. None were cleaned. it wasn’t crowded and when we arrived we were the only customers there.An employee did clean a table for us and then left the others dirty. They went back to leaning on the counter doing nothing until another customer arrived and in the time for us to eat there were never more than three customer in the building. Three employees mostly standing around.Doubt we’ll be back to this location.
Meat was bland...I purchased the steak quesadilla, husband purchased nachos with chicken and steak. Will possibly try again in the future.
Won't be coming back. I came in today for lunch and was in a hurry to get back to work. Here's what happened.1) I wasn't greeted at all. The cashier who was wiping tables down ignored me as I walked past her to the counter.2) There was one guy helping a customer at the counter, when the associate was done, he walked over to me and still barely greeted me. I halfway considered just walking out at this point, I felt like a ghost. Like nobody even saw me. Even the guy in the back looked around the corner, looked right at me, and proceeded to go back to whatever it was he was doing. I could fully understand if it was busy, but there was only one other customer at the counter.3) I ordered a very simple chicken bowl with queso, fresh jalapeno, and avocado slices. When I got back to work the bowl only had two slices of avocado. Ok, again not that big of a deal. I work around the corner, as soon as I got to my office the food was ice cold. I mean ice cold. Nothing in the bowl was warm. The rice was cold, the queso was cold, the chicken was cold. I can understand being short staffed, but I have never had cold food from this place.12.00 for a cold chicken bowl and not very good service. Definitely will not be back.
Great place!!! The Hispanic lady that works nights is so friendly and polite. The other Barberitos location is about 4 Mike's away.The heron village location is and head and shoulders better cleaner th other locations employees aren't friendly and act like they hate their job!!
Barberitos has become a favorite at the top of my list lately. This was my first visit to this location and it completely lived up to my expectations. The food is fresh and tasty, ample servings and lots of choices for garnishes. The service was speedy and servers were all friendly and aimed to please. The restaurant was clean and attractive, with ample seating both indoors as well as outside on their patio.I will definitely look forward to my next chance to visit.¡Muy rico! ¡Sabroso! ???
I love Barberitos. This one is better managed than others in the area.
My first try; better than expected. Had previously frequented Qdoba, who closed up in Winston-Salem. My brother recommended this and hsppyvto find a great replacement. The burrito bowl was tasty and portion was large; almost couldn't finish. Yes, I do recommend this wonderful place.
I stopped by for dinner tonight at 7:40 pm. Called my wife to see if she wanted me to bring her something home. 745 I went to the door it was locked. 12 people were inside eating. The young lady working came to the door and told me they closed at 8:00. I informed her it wasn't 8 pm and there was still time for me to pick something up. She scoffed at me and I said if she was closing at 745 that's what the sign needed to say. I went to Country BBQ and got great service probably a better meal and gave them a big tip!
