I usually had enjoyed Arab's sandwiches. A bad experience I had months ago told me to not go again. But it wasn't a Roast Beef.About 2 weeks ago I went up to the one on 601. Not only was the first BITE FILLED WITH A LONG HAIR, The waitress charged to much. I put the bag on the frigerator saying to myself Im getting my money back! Still haven't made it there. Not wasting high dollar gas just for that.I Do Believe I've Had It With ARBY. The 1st incident could have indamgered my life. Different ARBY. In Stanleyville near SAMS.
Everything good except drive thru not working.
Went for dinner Sunday night 3/20/22. Dining room was closed at 7pm. Ended up going through drive thru. Only car in line and it took 20 minutes to get our food. Gave us drinks first then asked us to pull forward. Ordered 2 diet drinks, a regular coke and a dr pepper with the meal. Gave us 3 diet cokes, and 1 carbonated water. Walked back to the drive thru window and made sure to let them know the dr pepper was out. Knew it was out but made it anyway. So got our drinks right but still had to wait on food. Girl working drive thru wasn't happy.
just left had worst service i live 1 mile away. had this same issue b4 have to go elsewhere cause they get nasty when they pack ya food And dont put all the sandwiches in bag delivered to car dt 302 ticket. $30.18. wasnt willing to say they made mistake husband and daughter had argue. with girl after she got nasty to get what was paid 4. and management on duty was no better its bad when you have to talk ugly back. to get what you payed 4 my last visit to this one and im calling owners same thing as money being stolen when you dont get what u pay 4
I'm on lunch break at the arbys in highpoint on south main. I ask for a large fry. Pay for it and the young lady at the drive thru window say it will be thirty minutes for fresh fries ? I say what? She replied I ment three minutes pull forward after she took my money. I am waiting and finally she comes out 15 mins later and it's someone else's order and she say o they say you pulled off ? ( keep in mind I only get thirty minutes and I work seven minutes away) i just looked at her in disbelief due to me only being a few feet away from the drive thru window and the woman mopping the dinning ? area saw me as well. I ask for my receipt and she goes back in. Another 15 mins later she brings my food and say she threw away my receipt. My experience here was not on point like it always is. I like arbys and it's close to my job but I will stop here in the daytime, cause night time will forget bout you waiting on your food, that you paid for and they was not busy. Me, one person in the drive thru and another car in front of me waiting for food also. Guess who earned themselves a point for being late back from lunch. Thanks arbys

Why do you have on your website that you close at 11pm but ever time I come up there you are closed. First it was 8pm now I was there Saturday at 645 pm and you are closed. No signs speaker on but no one there. Why don't you just shut down completely. People do not want to get their dinner at 2 or 3 pm. We want it for dinner. I have just made my last 10 mile trip.
