I don't know the waiters name. The black guy wearing a scarf around his neck. He was very unprofessional. He was taking plates with food and scrapping them off all on one plate on our table, while trying to flirt with my wife at the same time. Was being rude to our kids. Used to love this place, but after this, I will never come back.
The food was good. Service was sub par although it wasn't crowded so not sure what that was about. It was one of those Mondays I recon
Slow service, forgot our appetizers, then let our cups run out of drink. Top it off found lettuce in my Alfredo, I didn't order no salad
Food was good picked up inside and the order was exactly right. Great job and very courteous.
Whoever the back of the house crew was on the night of 3.25.22 around around 10:00 PM did a excellent job! The chicken was so flavorful and juicy, the potatoes were whipped to perfection! Every piece of food was cooked wonderfully.The customer service of the car side pick up was awesome as well with the super fast service.Best Applebees I’ve had.
Sat down to order, me and my wife ordered two mixed drink specials they had first and water and told the waiter we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. Waiter came back about 8 minutes later and we ordered our food. We waited about another 5 minutes this has been about close to 15 minutes now and we still haven't gotten our drinks that we ordered that we wanted to drink before our meal (I don't like drinking alcohol during my meal). Next thing you know about another 5 minutes it's been about 20 minutes now here comes the waitress with our food no drinks.. she dropped the food off and I ran up to the bar before I could say something to the before I could say something to the waitress and ask the bartender hey if you haven't made those drinks yet, explain what drinks they were, then just don't worry about it we've got our food now. He said that he had them made although I saw two glasses that oue drinks were supposed to come in (special drinks with specific glasses that's how I knew they were ours). I just said okay never mind that's fine, went back sit down watch the bartender as he made our drinks one of them had to be blended because it was frozen so he actually did not make our drinks yet. We were halfway done with our meals and then our drinks came out it literally took 30 minutes to make two drinks. Needless to say we both ate and just left both drinks on the table. Service these days it's just not the same as it used to be. If you want to drink and eat I definitely suggest you sit at the bar do not sit at a table. Pretty bad experience at this location. I'm sure they do good work but our experience really was not to pleasant. I'm not the type to complain we just paid and left left the drinks on the table, we still left the tip because we understand that's how waitresses get paid and it really wasn't her fault but the tip was not as generous as it always is when I go out and have a good experience at a restaurant. Beware if you sit at the table make sure you explicitly ask them to bring your drink out before your food if you order a mixed drink and you're wanting one before you eat. Literally 30 minutes to make two drinks, 30 MINUTES!!!!?
Waited 30 mins for drinks (beer and $5 margarita) and the table behind us sat down 10 mins after us and got food and drinks before us. All we ordered was spinach and artichoke dip and our drinks came out at the same time the food did which I don't see how that's possible. It would have been nice if they would have communicated a bit better like saying: "we're really short staffed so there is going to be a longer wait". Instead, we had to ask our waitress 3 times where the drinks were as we saw other people getting their drinks that clearly sat down after us. Her response the first time was "the bartender has a lot of tables right now and is really busy"... Ok but when we placed our drink order 15 mins ago there was one person at the bar. When she finally brought the drinks over, she said "sorry the bartender just got here". Honestly I really don't mind a wait, but please just communicate and don't lie to me. If it's your first day, tell me! I'll have a bit more understanding of why I had to wait 30 mins for my drinks. If the woman up there who looks like the bartender doesn't know how to make a margarita or pour a beer, then tell me upfront! I would have at least liked some acknowledgement or have been asked if I wanted a water while I waited. Communication is key for me and it was clearly lacking with this waitress. Wouldn't recommend this place at the moment if you're looking for a quick meal.
The service we received from TJ was outstanding. I did have to send my bourbon chicken back, but overall it was a good date night.
I am stuck here with my toddler in a hotel due to the weather. Thank you for being open. Thank you for partnering with a delivery service. Thank you for preparing a good meal for my son and I. We appreciate everyone involved.
This visit was great. Ordered the same meal i did last time and it was great. Server (sante) thought i didnt get what i needed & went & got us more + it was fresher without being asked.
