Entire experience was disastrous. Person taking my order at the drive thru kept talking over me then asking "what?" Get up to the window, they try to give me everyone else's order but my own. Even argued with me about what I ordered. "Ma'am we can't find your order." Several minutes later, the person working the drive thru said "I'm pretty sure it was deleted out of the system when she ordered." What?! Why not re enter it or tell us that when I get to the window? Give them my order for the 8th time, they re enter it, and then proceed to overcharge me. But who wants to deal with that? I took it as a learning experience, an overpriced one.... Atleast the food was good.
No zax sauce, boneless bbq wings cold and not coated with sauce at all...zax sauce is the best part of zaxbys and none tonight...geeze..sucks to be me
Doordash has their own rack at Zaxbys which makes my life easier. The orders are correct & most times, ready & waiting when i arrive.
I have been down with this Zaxbys since day 1..food has always been good and never any problems..but a couple times EVER. Cold fries A few times since opened but nothing to complain about. I had to call in about my tender plate a few wks ago in was completely un edible! So no big deal tild me to come back,so here I am 3 was later and picked up my meal on top of 2 others(paid for)and the tenders were very light in color and soft like not cooked long enough and not a great taste. After stopping there 2 days ago on lunch break and the same not so cooked golden and very nasty meaty taste. idk if it's new workers back there but it's horrible now love the manager but nasty food here recently. Hopefully it gets better it was my favorite but DEFF NO time soon for sure
Unprofessional Fernando that works at the window wrote his phone number on my wife’s order, I called the number and exactly Fernando and work at zaxbys this was unacceptable specially coming from a business, she asked for an order not his phone number.
Staff was friendly, Food was terrific, prices were reasonable, Service was quick. Would definitely recommend.
Even when busy, our orders have been correct, staff polite, almost always wearing their masks correctly. Honestly, very impressed consistently compared to some other places to get fast food. And it's always delicious.
This is the best Zaxby’s I’ve been to by far. The food is always perfectly done and they have the friendliest staff. Everyone always has a smile and a kind greeting. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training has done an excellent job during a difficult time.
Hello Zaxby's food! Especially like their house salad with grilled chicken. This particular store is very clean and nice on the inside.
Always get the wings and their spicy honey mustard is so good. The boneless 20 or 10 piece is great.
