Until eating here I had no clue under all those feathers chickens have fingers on their wings! I'm a little disturbed but the food was great!
Order was not what I ordered. I ordered the family tenders which comes with fries and toast. I ordered an extra basket of toast and a large fry. I ordered on line.When I went to the drive thru they told me that I had to come inside. When I went in to pick up my order I ask if the sauces and everything was in the bag. They told me that it was. First of all there was no sauces in the bag and the only sides in the bag were the ones that I ordered extra. I went back in and they said that it didn't come with sides anymore.she kept talking about a test kitchen. I just wanted to say if you have purchase your sides for an additional fee you guys will not get anymore of my business.
Zaxby's in Hickory is definitely not as good as Gastonia or even Lincolnton. The past two times I've been there they have gotten my order wrong and not included sauces that I have paid for. It's super frustrating, guess I will drive all the way to Gastonia.
Some of the cooking staff that I used to work with they can't communicate very well cuz they completely ignored me. Since I used to work over there i keep burning myself from the fryers and grillers like 3 times in my arm and nobody didn't say nothing about please be careful. I was very nervous when they hired me to work but the manager over was pretty rude to me for no reason cuz she was telling me that I told you that like 100 times and so she decided to yell at me for no reason.
This placed used to be a top tier banger, but to be honest with you, I think its the season to start putting seasoning on the fries again.Do the employees think people enjoyed plain fried potato sticks?and they dont give me the extra zax sauce I asked and paid for. Its a double whammy of getting shafted by some chicken merchants.
My favorite restaurant for chicken sandwiches, ,great friendly staff, food was hot and fresh , food we order was right, I give this store a high marks ,for all service provided.
One of the best eating joints in Hickory. Great food, awesome service, and cool music. I highly recommend them and the prices are good as well.
I just had an order to go. They didn't put my extra 2 ranch which they charge for. Neither straws or napkins. The food nothing interesting.Other locations have better service and better food.This was just a bad experience here.
We asked for ranch sauce with our order and paid extra for extra ranch because even though we ask, we always get one Zac sauce and one ranch sauce. This visit we only got one Zac sauce despite paying extra. Also, they don't have the original sauce for the chicken wings anymore, which is a bummer.
1-8-21 I just ordered food at 8:45 p.m. not realizing they close at 9:00. Despite being 15 minutes before closing, the staff was very nice- especially the manager on duty (Michelle was the name on the receipt). My order was hot and precise. This is probably our favorite location- as we have always had a good experience here.
